Visited Seaton for a week's Holiday at axevale Caravan park. The caravan park had no issues whatsoever, clean and well presented. Seaton itself is very poor, attitude from businesses, don't seem to care. Don't think you can enjoy a meal of an evening, there is nowhere to eat, nowhere to drink, pubs close early, one pub at 8.00pm, crazy, nothing to do of an evening. Taxis don't run at night time, so you can't get to nearby better places like Beer village, which has lots more going on.
Overall Seaton very poor, shall not be visiting again, shame.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could rate no stars with trust pilot I would. They are a terrible company to deal with.
Where do I start????
1) Ordered with them and applied the first time customer 10% discount. This was removed when payment went through. Customer Services never responded when questioned about this.
2) Order didn't arrive the first time.
3) Customer services re sent order. Promised in 1-2 days. Week later still no items.
4) Eventually received one item from the order of 12 items. Terribly packaged so obviously broken on arrival.
4) Asked customer services to send the rest of the order and replace the broken item urgently and then they tell me the items were out of stock so two weeks after ordering still nothing to show and no communication from them in the meantime that the order couldn't be fulfilled.
5) refund policy is 5 days so lets see if that arrives!
Please DO NOT order from this company.

Never ever again. Twice now I’ve ordered both times order was wrong and took weeks to try and sort out. Worst company I’ve ordered from.

Very poor service!!! delayed delivery, sell shelves nearly at the price of a cabinet -when asked for a return due to an accidental order- i'm now having to pay for receiving it shipping it back and their handling- so a shelf for £51 - i have had to pay over £38- and i don't have the shelf and didn't need it- please read all reviews and terms and conditions before ordering- many other better companies out their who don't penalise you if you don't want their item and who deliver on time!! stay away

what absolute terrible service!!! I called to make sure they have stock and when they could dispatch, I ordered shortly after this conversation. called to confirm that it has been received, they said it takes some time to go through so I had to call back which I did and then got told it was too late and it would leave the next day, vey annoying as I had done everything in their time frame. but than it get worse I got conformation of dispatch the next day, so I now think it is on the way, I've checked the tracking the morning of the delivery for it not to work and now find out it because they have not even dispatched it!

Poor customer service
Like many people, I often don't check reviews until I have had a bad experience. Knowing Seton is a big company I figured it would be ok but I have faced the same difficulties as a lot of other reviewers on this site. The website is underhand as it implies things are in stock by saying that if you order before 1630 you will get same day dispatch. However, once you have placed the order you then find out this isn't the case and have to wait weeks and weeks for basic stuff. Their sales department are quick to harass you to try and sell you more stuff but customer services aren't so proactive. I called customer services to ask what the delay was and they told me one item from the order is not in stock. I said can you swap it for something else that is in stock and they said yes. So I did that and the one item turned up but nothing else did. I rang again, they said the remaining items weren't in stock. I said that I was told they were and I was told I'd just have to wait. I said it would be good if the website showed actual truthful stock levels and delivery dates and I was told they don't have that facility. Clearly the call handlers are only allowed to parrot certain lines. They wouldn't tell me what items were missing either. Presumably that means all of it! No willingness to look for alternatives. Anyway, long story short, I will avoid using Seton in the future.

Would not recommend . Delivery takes weeks and no point contacting their customer service as they will just quote a tracking number. Useless when you are waiting for something. Will not use again.
DON'T BUY FROM SETON
I should have paid attention to the other bad reviews before I placed my order. Don't be like me...DON'T BUY FROM SETON! It's far more hassle than it's worth.
Ordered late September for early October delivery. Nothing arrived. Seton just refunded me. Then they charged my card in early November without warning but the transaction was cancelled. Then they charged it again a week later and sent me a shipping notification. Given that it's over a month since I needed the order, I will have to reject the delivery and wait for it to be returned and refunded to me.
I received no communication from Seton at any point and given that I had been refunded, I assumed they had cancelled my order. But no...they must have been waiting for stock to arrive from China or somewhere similar...
Customer service was blunt and somewhat unhelpful, though I sense they have to deal with lots of frustrated customers that have also had a bad experience.

I have just purchased 2 x 500ml Relisan 70% hand santizer, total cost £5.40 inc P&P, came next day. No complaints at all considering what some suppliers charge for sanitizers, I would not call this profiteering by a long chalk, I'm not going to spend hours searching the web trying to save 25p-50p on a litre of sanitizer.
Clinell or not Clinell... Seton is not the answer!
Basically is a Scam, they advertise first class products and when they cash your money they deliver cheap substitutions...
This is the second time this happen, I will not fall again...

A con
Ordered clinell hand sanitiser and 2 clinell wipes. They were on the website as in stock. Weeks later nothing arrived and no stock! They then sent substitute hand sanitiser...very cheap and not stating how much alcohol. I called and they collected them and refunded me. Then a few weeks later, sent them again and charged me the price of clinell. Also one pack of wipes, but charged for two clinell. They cost me something like £40 for cheap substitutes. Never will use them again. Found a much better, cheaper company who deliver quickly and dont advertise things they dont have. Disgraceful.
Stock on website is not accurate
Seton advertised PPE on their website as being immediatley available, however after no further details from them for a week after ordering I got in touch. As it turned out, the items ordered were NOT available with no shipping window available. They replied quickly however, and were willing to cancel my order without any fuss. Disappointed as a waste of everyone's time.
After shaky start - customer service resolved speedily
I ordered some Clinell wipes from Seton and got very grumpy when they substituted for another brand without asking. I wrote a pretty irate complaint expecting no response having seen all the poor reviews after ordering so was very surprised to get a very helpful personal reply to say they would collect the wipes from my door and refund me. The courier arrived super fast and took them off me - hassle free for me and I was refunded and kept updated by a very helpful customer care team member (Emma) who dealt really well with my original furious rant and went out her way to sort it out with several emails between us. I nearly posted a rant on here but thought I’d give them a chance first. Glad I did! 1 star removed for the Co advertising an out of stock item - ie letting you put it in your basket and pay and not emailing to ask if you want a substitute before mailing it out. Best to say out of stock - and ask for an email if you want to be notified when it’s back in as other sites do. Lots of items in short supply re covid-19 and run out fast!
Placed an order in May for delivery in…
Placed an order in May for delivery in June, we are now in July and only part of the order is available. Would have been nice if the Company had emailed to advise me there would be another 3 week delay. Would not recommend this Company.

They then substituted with much lower rated product with no recourse to me whatsoever. Happily it was only a small order, but I certainly wouldn't use them again.
Avoid like the plague
Lie about stock. Lie about delivery. Customer Service is contemptuous.
I needed a respirator for work. I called to ask which models were in stock. They told me that they had stock of one, but delivery would take up to three weeks, because of the virus. I placed my order.
After three and a half weeks I asked for an update, and was told they have no stock, and no information on when they would have stock. I replied, explaining that at the point of ordering I was told they had stock, and that if they can't even speculate on when they might have stock, then I'd like to cancel the order. Their reply was simply, 'Thank you for your email. I can confirm that this order has been cancelled as requested.'
This put me in the position that I wasted three and a half weeks, having been let to believe that a respirator was on the way.
Avoid this appalling company.
