Profiteering on PPE

Ordered a honeywell particulate filter (P3) with a price of £32 thinking that I was buying a somehow overpriced box of four filters, I thought high demand might have pushed the price. Few days later I received by courier a single filter!!

I thought that it was a mistake so I wrote back to clarify only to be told that this is the right price for a single filter.

I cancelled my pending orders and unsubscribed as I was disgusted with the company's opportunistic approach to profiteering on PPE.

Placed an order to another seller for a box of four filters costing £22 which is the market price of that filter.

Charged despite cancelling orders that were out of stock

I made two purchases about 2 weeks ago, which I had been waiting for about 13 days. I called them to track my order, which they said there was an unavailability of stock, thus I tried to cancel my orders, which they did, but still ended up charging me anyway (around GBP160). The orders were never dispatched due to their unavailability (they were face masks alright). I was never informed on the phone that I would still be charged for cancelling orders without them ever being dispatched. I will put this forward to Citizens Advice and my bank to get a refund.

Useless company

Useless company ordered something got given an estimated delivery date after 10 days 2 days after estimated delivery date I contacted them only to be told that the item I ordered was out of stock and they didn’t know when they would get them, why couldn’t they send me an email saying that after 2 days instead of having to wait 10 and me contact them. I find this kind of service shocking

Once you order you get 100 booklets

Once you order, you will get booklets by mail and there is no way of ever cancelling this. Returned to sender: 30 times, I called, I e-mailed, I begged. Nothing helped. I now put `m in de garbagebin without looking and I do not have the courage to order anymore.

P.s. they do not send one booklet a year, but 4 every month!

Excellent Customer Service, Slightly Expensive Single Pricing.

The customer service and ease of transaction with Seton is excellent and I have no faults there. They offer a good range of signs with custom signs available if they don't have the specific on you are looking for.

The only downside to Seton is they can be more expensive than some other providers and I have found that purchasing from them is best reserved for larger bulk orders instead of 1 and 2 offs.

The free gifts that they offer alongside their products are always great and as said before, they are very easy to deal with and we will continue to do so in the future.
