I like my new purchase but communication from staff was poor.
I like my new purchase. However communication is really not a strong point from the staff.
I was told 4 weeks for delivery which turned into over 6 weeks but there was no communication as to status of the delivery, it wasn’t until I visited the store on a Tuesday that I was told item was due to arrive in UK on the Wednesday and then it had to clear customs. From that point to me collecting my item it was another week.

Staff very helpful (telephone contact) - checked that the product was the correct one, and sent a photo by email (on our request).
The bezel was dispatched promptly, very well packaged, and arrived, I think, two days after telephone calls. It is perfect!

This is my first purchase from SS&V. The headphones were specially ordered in by SS&V for demonstration and comparison. I liked the headphone bar and was left to my own devices in my own time.
