Purchased an AV Receiver and Speakers from Sevenoaks in Norwich. I dealt with Emmanuel and Justin in store who were both super- helpful and answered all of my questions. No pushy sales pitch just a genuine will to help me.
Quote came back to me the same day and was competitively priced. Quick responses on all my follow up questions.
Delivery was very quick also.

As with most things it comes down to price but ultimately it was the great customer service that won me over.
I had previously used a different local supplier for the rest of my system but will be sure to take my business here moving forward. Can highly recommend the Norwich branch without hesitation.

This is my first purchase from Sevenoaks. The transaction went forward smoothly and delivery was very prompt and arrived on time. I am very pleased with their service.

After discussing what I wanted I had arranged to come in to listen to a couple of possibilities. When I arrived everything was setup ready. Great demo by knowledgeable staff and as a result came away with the NAD M10v3 since then I’ve emailed with a couple of queries and received a prompt response.

Highly recommend them and I’m sure I will be back for more upgrades.

This is a great company. I’ve purchased online and from their Epsom branch a few times and I can honestly say that every experience has been absolutely spot on.

Exceptional customer service. The guys in Epsom are delightful and they make me feel very valued as a customer and that’s a good feeling ! I love talking hifi and this is a great place to do just that…which reminds me I’ve not done that for ages.

I recently bought a Pro-ject XAB online in a deal I couldn’t ignore (half price !!) and once again the customer service I received was first rate as I did actually end up having to phone to complete the order.

Simon was very helpful and patient, i did not feel that I was being pushed into a purchase and was made to feel comfortable. The whole team worked together and had a lot of collective knowledge which made the experience worth the visit in store. I would recommend the store and Simon and thank him for helping me choose a really good streamer: Bluesound Node. In my view an excellent unit for the money.
