I’ve used this store for so many years, always been a good experience

Went in to browse, really helpful staff, discussed lots of options. Then listened to the speakers we were considering. Liked the care & the experience (& the speakers) so much that they got a sale.

Fast and very efficient service backed up by DPD delivery.
Few places seem to stock Tuners these days being replaced by Streamers but I prefer to be old fashioned and happy with my purchase here.

I'll start with the purchase experience which was with no any issues at all in terms of communication with the sales team and the payment process as well, I've purchased brand new Sony Bravia 8A 65" had it delivered on the 19/8/2026 but what I've actually received was I reckon some previous return or exdisplay etc,who knows what it was,box wasn't factory sealed with banding straps,inside the box side protection foam missing,no screen protector,some dodgy torn apart shrink wrap around the box,nicely said disgusting delivery! and according to them it's nothing unusual for Sony to deliver like that,which personally I think that's not true, I've offered pay the difference and go for higher model just to swap units that's not possible,to swap for the same one there's no guarantee it will not arrive in the same condition,so started to return very next day and I've been told to have the TV secured for transport which made me laugh because two people delivered it holding bottom and top on each side to hold it together,so TV returned, money refunded and went to Currys instead and decided for Sony Bravia 8ii and arrived as it should,so that's my story from sevenoaks sound and vision purchase, first and the last that's for sure and I can say the worst experience with the purchase ever so far!!! Shame I can't give zero stars

Great customer service, and very helpful with helping me make a decision on what was best for me. I was able to view a demonstration of the quality of the 4k blu ray player, that I was interested in too. Which really helped. Would definitely come back to that store when I need anything else

Item was collected, repaired and returned to me with the minimum of fuss.

went to sosv in tunbridge wells to look at getting a hifi system put together for a small room now the kids have left home.

spoke to the salesman there and he talked me through a few options but as i had speakers already he advised me to come back with my own speakers and plug a few different amps into them so i could hear what they sounded like together.

i came back and although there was a mix up with the day i was meant to come in it was all fine.

they took my speakers up to a listening room and plugged a couple of different amps in so i could listen.

funnily enough i went with my speakers looking forward to hearing a particular amp and when i did, didnt like how it sounded.

the original sales man wasnt there when i arrived so i spoke to a different sales guy and he showed me a couple of units the other guy didnt which was great and i ended up buying something that i hadnt gone there to buy!

i think if i had just bought online then i might have been a bit disappointed at worse or ignorant of the fact that for the same money i could have had a better set up.

i spent a little more than i was going to, but there was an £1100 turntable dropped to half price which was such a good deal i couldnt not do it!
when he was ringing it up the computer was asking if it was right as they were losing money!

they had all the bits i wanted on the shelf except one bit that was next day delivery and it came next day between 9 and 10 so no drama.

overall easy peasey and would definately go back again, the boys there are super nice and helpful and also very knowledgeable about the products.
i think most of them are into hifi as a hobby themselves
