We used Seven Seas Box Worldwide Box Service to ship our belongings from the United Kingdom to Australia. The service was seamless from booking to finally receiving our shipment in Australia. The process was easy, just as they said on their website. There were no hidden charges or new charges like other popular international moving or logistics services. When we had any questions and spoke with the Customer Service Representatives on the phone, they were very kind and helpful, making sure that our concerns were resolved before they ended the call. Also, the timeline was just as predicted so we knew what to expect, and we were able to track our shipment using the Live Tracking service. What is more? We received the first batch of our shipment (8 Boxes) without any scratch.
I say this is all round Excellent Service. I have started recommending them to others and will definitely use Seven Seas again.

Excellent Customer Service. Right from the first call, all questions were answered thoroughly and all the steps were explained to us clearly. Starter pack was sent once booking was confirmed and it was very helpful. Driver who came for collection was also very helpful and periodically checked how loading was going on, very helpful. Overall great experience, highly recommend them.

I was moving my belongings from the LA area, and Jaime arrived on time even after a three-hour drive. He was very professional and clearly explained to my family and me how to arrange and place everything properly in the shipping container. He was also very polite and patient. He respectfully stayed inside the vehicle and did not enter our home while we prepared and brought everything out. His instructions were very detailed and helpful, and the whole experience went smoothly!

Had a fantastic experience with Seven Seas. Everything from packing and picking our movecube up in South Africa, to delivery in Canada was superb. Our items were as we packed them, which was a welcome surprise. Not only that their communication was amazing. Poor communication once final shipping fees have been paid. No live updates unless you phone and speak to a general service team. The local offices don’t offer assistance and don’t respond to queries.

Overall fast and helpful response. The website maybe more user friendly (e.g. the box code can be sorted)

Excellent service, online process - HEAPS cheaper that other quotes I got. Very happy with the service received (I brought 1 box from Cape Town to Sydney).

We were told the boxes would be collected from our house, however this was not the case. In the end we had to deliver the boxes ourselves to a collection centre. Fortunately we had a vehicle we were able to fit all the boxes in!!

Terrible moving company. Pick-up booked for 9 June, which did not happen. Tried to reach the company without success. After multiple tries to reach Seven Seas, they rescheduled again for 15 July (a whole MONTH later) and once again did not pick up the items. Currently 20 July and still no success. Terrible communication. Did not answer emails or phones.

All instructions and requests carried out without problems. Boxes preparation and despatch went smoothly. Fully informed of goods in transit to destination. Final delivery to a distant location within the country was quickly done and painless. High quality professionalism.

We have used Seven Seas to move boxes from Australia to France and return two years later. Our overall experience with Seven Seas was absolutely faultless: - Absolute clarity of fees (their fees and the destination country customs fees). - Great communication throughout the process on the phone or online when a local office wasn’t available (France). - Great flexibility to be able to change contact details and delivery address until the last minute. - Logistical precision up to the delivery time. Our boxes took four months to arrive which was the estimates timeframe given right at the beginning. They arrived at destination within a given 1 hr window! - Granular insurance process so you can protect only what matters. - None of our boxes showed any sign of mismanagement or exposure to water, everything inside arrived as it was packed. - Ability to see the exact location of the ship during the whole journey. Only improvement feedback would the tracker map window which could be improved (using Chrome on iPhone).
