Ordered 3 caps. Two of them stained. One of them in the wrong color. Costs me €42,35 to return. Only received €13,86 compensation. They have received the returned goods weeks ago. Still no refund, although they promised they would do so. No replies on emails anymore either. Terrible service. Take no accountability for their own mistakes. Complete waste of time dealing with this store.
