Not great!
Ordered sunglasses, said next day delivery. Arrived 5 days later. I also requested different coloured lenses which they couldn’t be bothered fitting for me, instead left them in the box for me to fit myself. I wondered why they were cheaper than buying from Rayban direct.

It's not very often you come across a company that excels. Plus, I really am not one to give unwarranted praise. That said, Shade Station were quite simply faultless. I will explain why.
1st- Ordered & paid for wrong size sunglasses. Refund given. No problem.
2nd- Ordered 2nd pair of sunglasses. Received them & they didn't suit. Sent back. I messed up the return paperwork. Contacted them. They were quick & professional. Refund given.
3rd- Ordered 3rd pair of sunglasses. Received & all's good.
Their experience of me as a customer was probably that I was a bit of an idiot. As, if I'm honest, I did keep being a bit of an idiot! However, Shade Stations staff were always quick to respond, understanding & helpful. Couldn't really ask for more. Will definitely shop with them again.
