I regret spending $500,000 at this shop, expecting professional car repair and maintenance. They promised quality service, but all I got were overpriced repairs, hidden fees, and a vehicle that still had issues.

After a routine inspection, they claimed I needed urgent repairs that seemed unnecessary. When I agreed to the work, the final bill was far higher than the estimate. Even after paying, my car had the same problems, and they refused to take responsibility.

Their customer service was terrible—just excuses and no real solutions. Instead of fixing my car, they kept finding ways to charge me more.

Thankfully, the name on my profile picture helped me recover everything I lost. Without them, I would have been left with nothing.

Stay away from this place. They overcharge, misdiagnose issues, and make it nearly impossible to get honest service.

This garage is great. Proper old school, they're friendly, keep you informed, they're competent and really great value. They identified a driveshaft fault on my old Volvo, sourced the part and fitted it the same day. Bill very modest for all the work done. Great experience, I've used them 3 times now on different cars and it's always the same :-).
