Great from start to finish!
We had a wonderful holiday in the Lake District. Our coach driver Kevin was very kind and helpful.
The hotel was very welcoming. The room was reasonably sized and the beds were comfortable. We slept well.
The food was good, to be honest much better than we were expecting, there was a good choice and we really appreciated the fresh vegetables and the salads. The dining room staff were superb, very efficient but we never felt rushed.
Because of the location the evenings were quiet which suited us but we did have a quiz one evening which was fun.

The experience in Ireland was excellent and driver Mike did every thing to make sure everybody enjoyed holiday.
Only negative was journey from Leeds to Scotchcorner on to ferry. Length time was horrendous. Mike made it as comfortable as possible and kept us informed but M6 would have been a better route. May be reconsider pick up at scotch corner, otherwise we enjoyed the experience.

From being picked up and taken to the services to get our coach was quick and effortless
Our Driver Micheal was very friendly, professional, very clean and perfect in his attire,
Warners complex was clean and tidy
I have food intolerances but they managed to cater for me which was nice
Trips out were very good, only the trip to The Needles we only had 45 mins wasn't enough time to look around everywhere so missed most of it, needed longer, not so long needed at the Donkey Sanctuary which I think everyone on the coach would agree with
Can't praise our driver Micheal enough he included two extra activities The Quay shopping complex at Portsmouth whilst waiting for our Ferry and Guildford Cathedral on the way home both very enjoyable

There was a good variety of trips. The hotel was in an isolated location that limited activities. The food was good but the evening entertainment was very poor.

Just come back from Downton Abbey Tour. Oxford was lovely, had a good amount if time to explore. Highclere Castle aka Downton Abbey was fabulous really enjoted the day. Early start homeward bound to Windsor for 2 hours was pointless no time. We stayed at The Apollo Hotel in Basinstoke such a disappointment, worst ive stayed in so far. Rooms unclean with broken lights, dirty sticky carpets, very dusty and dated. Food was terrible, would not reccomend

Another lovely trip for me on the Lake Garda, Venice and Verona holiday. Villa Mulino is perfectly situated for Garda town, the ferries and walking distance to Bardolino. Entertainment in the hotel is great fun and the food is good. Met some lovely people on this trip. The coach drivers, Chris and Graziella are a real asset to Shearings. Kept us entertained and really looked after us well. Second time for me to Lake Garda and I will book again for next year.

I have just booked a holiday with shearing for the first time and I have to say the whole telephone booking process was brilliant. The young man was extremely helpful and funny and definitely efficient, looking forward to our Christmas market trip .

We booked turkey and tinsel for pitlochry but unfortunately got cancelled due to other bookings so we got another choice to go to Blackpool person who dealt with our new booking for very helpful and mentioned the trips

Our trip to Maastricht for Andre Reiu was good. I can understand why we had to change at a more local hotel as the Holiday Inn at Eindhoven Airport was too far away. It was a bit of a faff and limited time to freshen up. Not sure if hotels nearer Maastricht would be more expensive but it might be worth it. Maybe up the price for the tickets as we were at the very back and the stage was so low which meant seeing was difficult. Good atmosphere and worth a visit.
