I placed an order (Ref: SHS3000430324) on 27th July, trusting the standard lead times on Shedstore's website. What followed was over three weeks of utter frustration, unkept commitments, and blatant contradictions from customer support.
After exceeding the original lead time, representatives (Suki and Charlotte) explicitly promised revised delivery windows and committed to calling me back with updates. None of these callbacks ever happened. At one point, three separate emails I sent were completely ignored. When I called in to chase, Suki claimed a "different team" handled emails, a claim i later discovered on a subsequent call was total nonsense, as any agent can access and handle emails on the spot.
When forced to address the delays, staff attempted to reframe promised delivery dates as merely my "personal preference" and hide behind claims that lead times are "just estimates." It was only after i formally threatened to reject delivery at the door under my statutory consumer rights that they finally took action and issued a £30 partial refund for the
inconvenience.
The shed eventually arrived on Monday, 17th August, but the stress, poor communication, and outright dishonesty from support were unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value reliable delivery and professional service.

No communication at all
Then a text at 3pm telling me shed will be delivered tomorrow, no time or estimated time,can’t get time off work to be home at such short notice, so what happens next???
I rang ahedstore Claire was amazing she rang the delivery company and rearranged my shed to be left at another address for me

Ordered a 6x8 shed that came but the floor was all warped and bent so wouldn't lay flat. Got in touch with them and a replacement was ordered. 2 weeks later still waiting for a replacement to arrive. Rang helpline, who said they would chase up and call back , still waiting for that call back. Would not recommend this place to anyone, took time off work to get the garden sorted and just had a pieces of shed laying around.

Good solid seat. Relatively easy to assemble. Would have been good to know that wood glue was needed.

Until the product arrives I am unable to comment but I have been kept informed in good time and instructions were sent in advance. All good

Poor quality product.. staple gun user completely missed most connecting wood parts

duplicate parts sent in error .. increasing construction time waiting for parts to come.

The edge of garage door is cracked on the groove, which means I will have to buy more wood to fix. Not happy at all. Apex sections have gaps which I can fill with silicone. Photos taken

Do not buy a shed from these. Spent nearly £600 on a shed and there isn't a straight piece of wood in the whole pack! Instructions are a joke as well. Gives you instructions for multiple sheds and a lot of the instructions don't even apply to the one you have and are extremely ambiguous.
Go somewhere else terrible quality.

Some sides warped bottom warped roof didnot fit right my son was disgusted with it

Ordered on line. Excellent communication on delivery and assembly. Arrived promptly and carefully delivered. Grant very respectful and pleasant delivery person.Would recommend.

The delivery of the shed was very unhelpful. I got a text message around 10am to say it was being delivered that afternoon. I was unable to be to be home for it due to the short notice.
When I got home, I inspected the shed and found d the quality to be very poor and sections were split and damaged.
I emailed for a return and refund and received a quick response asking for photos. Once I supplied the photos they very quickly accepted the return and refund. However the return process took weeks, I had to email every other day for updates as no one kept me updated. Finally after over 4 weeks I got a text saying it was being collected. Once it was gone, again I had to email every other day and it finally took another 4 weeks for me to actually receive my refund.
I cannot recommend Shedstore and would not use them again after a horribly frustrating and painfully slow experience.

A well made shed, when it finally went together, just took a lot longer than advertised!

I will keep this brief as to not bore you all with a war and peace signed review.
Shed fitted over 4 months ago. Lock doesn't work properly and ive been sent a new one ready for the fitter to come and do.. ill come back to that.. shed does split during assembly so requested 2 new ones. 4 months ago..they sent the wrong door which was big enough for the arc.. I emailed for the 10th time and called. They habe seen sent me 1 door which is ok and 2 damaged doors.. what was good initial comms has now turned into poor replies (if i get one) ive asked via email 4 times for a manager or director to call.. that was 4 week ago.. they sent someone out 2 weeks ago without notice and I was out.. which just about sums up this company.. they did in one email try and fob me off with £80 compensation.. I have no idea when the lock and doors will.be sorted.. I have.no.idea if shedstore has directors.. and if ill.ever get a call... the shed generally is ok.. I hist need a lock that works and doors that dont have splits... personally of you want a shed go elsewhere..... im sure ill.get a waffle response on here and a "im so sorry to hear blah blah blah reply on here" a figure of compensation... £80 for the vast amount of emails and calls. And for waiting 4.5 months and counting for a solution.. poor..
