Well this is the 4th time I've had to…

Well this is the 4th time I've had to call to chase our greenhouse, again been told that someone will call back once they have sorted out my order for delivery, excuses have ranged from, no stock, COVID-19, no delivery dates available and one of them even said they forgot to call me back or send an e-mail.
You've had our money for weeks, I want our greenhouse, Di the right thing and Get it to the delivery company and send it. You are still showing as having 9 in stock so make it happen . I should have looked at the other reviews before placing my order, big mistake. i will continue to call every day until it's sent. Oh and why when i'm looking to speak to the delivery team or customer service it's too busy, dont even get a reply to emails I've sent. but your sales team can answer straight away....

Thieving, lazy, liars

UPDATE: Requested a full refund in May - still not received. These shysters literally couldn't be worse businesspeople if they tried!

Ordered a bike shed on 23rd April, on the understanding that it would be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday, according to the "live delivery status" on the order page. Company very happy to take my money straight away.

Friday comes, no shed.

Emails sent, no response. Phoned them up, can't get through because every option is replaced with a standard "Covid excuse" recorded message.

Eventually manage to get through them on the phone on 9th May, funnily enough by selecting the 'new sales' option (sound familiar). Lady states that the order was picked and dispatched on 7th May. I asked when it would arrive, she said within ten working days. I said that seems a long time for a courier company. I asked who the company was, she said she didn't know.

Very unprofessional outfit.

If my shed does not arrive this week I will be getting my money back and doing everything I can to stop these shysters robbing off anyone else.

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful!
This company are the worst I’ve dealt with and have no morals.
I’ve been on the phone to them for 3 weeks now asking for a refund of almost £900. We purchased a playhouse for my sons 2 birthday which is on the 26th May. Upon ordering we were told it was in stock and we’d receive it 2 weeks before.
Once they’d took my money they then told me it wasn’t in stock and we couldn’t have it until after lockdown?!
I instantly requested a refund and I’m still waiting for it. All of my family clubbed together as his gift so I don’t have another £900 to get him gifts which means it’s unlikely he’ll have any to open on his birthday now.
Really disappointing!
If you do even read this, my order number is 453607. Please do the right thing and refund it ASAP!

Complete shambles of a company

Complete shambles of a company. Took the cash, went beyond the agreed delivery date, didn't respond to VM and emails. Then cancelled the order due to 'no stock available'. Still awaiting my refund 10 days later and their advice was it would be in due course. Now contacting credit card company to raise a refund. I hope no one else has the misfortune of dealing with a shabby mickey mouse company like this. Hang your heads.

This has to be one of the worst mickey…

This has to be one of the worst mickey mouse firms i have ever came across???i have been in construction for over 30 years and never ever? experienced a fraudulent business like this one....they let you order and take your money without have any stock of the item you ordered,they never ever answer the phone or emails,(customer services?i hear you say?you have to be joking....)i am now seeking a refund as my order has not been delivered,please do not believe the reviews on there website?? they are blatant lies,this is how the snared me in their fraudulent trap.I am now in the process of contacting trading standards and will be seeking a civil case against them if i am not refunded...BEWARE THESE CHARLATANS

Poor quality poor customer service

I purchased a shed, when it turned up a panel was broken and the felt had been squashed so it cracked. The while thing was poorly made. I arranged a collection, however trying to get my refund is proving difficult! They say they reply to emails on the same day this is not the case. Nobody answers the phone. If I do not receive my refund today I'm going to trading standards. Terrible customer service

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a shed on 1st March Planned delivery week later on a Saturday, company rang all in all 3 times to cancel each time with excuses of floods, storms and coronavirus, we didn’t cancel as was such a good price, we now know when it’s a good price, (nearly £300 cheaper than anywhere else!), there is a catch as we found out, shed was finally delivered but when on inspection the shed was only just over 4ft high, and of poor quality, description was ‘low eaves’ no measurement of height described, we refused the delivery and further consultation with company they tried to say this is a standard height size, but if we want a shed that we can stand up in then it’s another £300! we cancelled order and asked for a refund, with constant calls and emails, false promises, it took 7 weeks from the start of order to finally get a refund, lesson learnt when it’s too good to be true - it is! Wouldn’t recommend this company - customer service is very poor !

I gave it one star because that's the minimum you can give. This company is full of liars, each person you talk to tells you a different story. They lie about delivery dates, they lie about missing parts. they lie about when missing parts are collected by the carriers. They even said one carrier didn't want to take responsibility for a bag of nails and screws. The shed didn't turn up when it should have, I got a call late in the afternoon the day before delivery. The new delivery was arranged, that was late and then it turned up without the screws and nails etc. They told me I should receive it the day I called, well it didn't. it didn't come the day after. or the day after that. The customer service is shocking and so are the lies and promises. Keep well away from this company, there are others, far better and with little difference in the price. This company cost me a lot of money because of their crap service and delivery. You've been warned, deal at your peril

Dont trust them as far as you can throw them

They started off well the sales staff, took my cash then Failed to turn up to installed the shed on the planned day and never bothered to notify us that they would not be arriving having waited for them all day.
The next time they supposed to have turned up by midday, but turned up at two pm.then the installers were spent the first two hours wrongly assembling the panels and had to dismantle them several times before the got the correct panels in the right positions.
when it came to the roof they could not get the last three panels on as they had not build the shed square, so the loosened many screw and forced the remain panels into place having forcefully distorted all the frames to get them into situ.
by 8pm in total darken they were trying to put the roof felt on and found they did not have enough felting to do the job. rain was forecast for the next day so I gave them some heavy duty polythene sheeting to at least stop the wood from getting a soaking until they return.
That was Saturday night the 25th January. they then rebooked to come back sometime on Friday 31st January, and did not show up, so again we complained.
they promised on come along on the 4th at some time, then I received an email yesterday (3rd Feb) stating that their fitter will only be arriving between 7 and 8pm and asked if that was OK so I said that's Fine in my reply.
At 20:03 hours I sent an email letting them know they fitter has failed to turn up and naturally vented my anger.then at 20:09 I get a phone call from supposingly the fitter say he could not make it until about 9:30pm, so I said that was fine, and guess what, he said.. I will be banging what will your Neighbours say...a cop out with no intentions of being here again, so I told him to tell his office and left it at that.
Despicable, disgraceful and deceitful and an altogether appalling disregard for the customer.

Reference number: 451299 ~ We still haven’t received our money, as based on your replied you said it has been cancelled and refunded, that’s Not true, we don’t see any money in the bank. Daniel replies saying we’ll receive our money back within 10 days and it has been more than 10 days and now he’s on leave when we rang. So what’s the status now?

Was happy with the shed but we live in…

Was happy with the shed but we live in a terraced house and the driver could not get his van Into the lane at the back so we sugestest to get it through the front door but he would not because the insurance so he took it back now we are sat waiting for our refund it was bin day and the fly tipper were out and the lane was full of just about everything

Driver not willing to help to unload the items together with my husband, and the driver drove back with the item. The delivery charges £25 but the driver was NOT HELPFUL! We rang the customer service, always busy and never border to reply to us or ring us back.

Poor service

Well ordered a shed and got offered an upgrade for only £100 extra. Picked saturday delivery as this was an option when ordering and still is as I've checked. No contact week before delivery so I contacted them to be told it would be delivered on the tuesday after the saturday we requested as saturday not a delivery day in our area. Told them no one would be home as we all work full time, told they would leave it in a safe place! Where is a safe place to deliver a high value item like a shed? Behind the bins? Had to get someone to be near home ready to let them into rear garden. Shed delivered. Checked it when we got home, no glass for windows, emailed them, told had to wait another 3 days for glass to arrive. Glass arrived 2 panes of glass, 3 windows! Pathetic customer service! I work in operating theatres if they ever came to my hospital for an operation I might just forget the suture to close their wound!
No compensation offered for lose of earnings gs or stress caused!

Don't do it.

The shed colour looks nothing like the online picture and turned up a lurid orange. They say it will be delivered waterproofed but they do not tell you it will then be unwrapped and left out in the rain. Delivery was late. Having paid for them to assemble it, their ability to actually give a sensible time is non-existent so after staying home for two "provisional days" they did finally arrive at 16.15 on the third attempt. Unfortunately they were still here at 21.45. The one part I was uncomfortable installing myself was the felt roof and, as it was put on by torchlight, it obviously looks appalling and i have grave doubts about its rain proofing ability. The fitter ( a nice guy) told me many times that their own sheds are better, quicker to install and have superior felt, fixings, timber and waterproofing. It all begs the question why they sell Shire sheds at all (oh wait, is it because there is a fatter profit margin in selling inferior products). I have now spent about £100 and two days strengthening it, laying another floor as the boards bend, and putting screws in to hold it together properly. I had intended buying two more but will go elsewhere now.

Excellent service

My husband is very pleased with his new shed. The Courier was with us at 9a.m on the day of delivery (Saturday) & was very amiable.

The many bad reviews about this company…

The many bad reviews about this company relate to the poor quality products they supply and their refund process. The reply I had regarding my initial bad review was typical of complaints whereby they make statements and claims which are totally untrue. Firstly the refund has still not been made to my account despite numerous phone calls and emails which states the refund has been made. last Friday 28th June I had email from a guy called Daniel which stated the refund had already been processed. Lie. You claim I was offered £60 compensation, which I was, but you immediately withdraw it when you, not me, cancelled the order because you could not supply a replacement for many weeks. To say I refused the £60 compensation is another lie. The Commercial Director of Rowlinson, maker of the summerhouse, was the the person who stated via email the base was of the correct dimensions, contrary to the information from your installers. Your installers also left screws all over the concrete base. The faulty summerhouse was not collected within a week as you state and for a while you could not give me a collection time. Meanwhile this summerhouse was blocking my drive. All this has been instigated by you supplying me a product unfit for purpose. You have then failed to do the honourable thing a responsible company would do to process a refund quickly. Not only this you give inaccurate information about what you have done. The failure to supply the refund has now gone over the government legal time limit of 14 days. I will continue daily to write bad reviews about your company and your bad customer practices until I receive this refund. I have been reasonable up to now not demanding compensation but this is a large sum of money which you have no legal right to hold onto. Your treatment of honest customers is disgraceful and needs to be exposed.

Ordered Shed

Ordered Shed. Spoke to Adam re delivery. Wanted it quicker than was possible. Adam found another shed with faster delivery and sorted a discount as it was a tad out of reach price wise. Thanks Adam.

Easy to order and playhouse arrived…

Easy to order and playhouse arrived earlier in the week. The never ending rain meant I did not check it and it had a broken door. I emailed last night and received a reply today that they are sending a new door. I am building it now and it seems easy enough. Let s hope it does not start raining before i paint it.

A dire experience! Terrible.

A dire experience, FOUR visits from contracted install teams and still no shed erected in TWO MONTHS.

First shed had to go back due to being substandard (3rd install team said it was faulty).

Frustrating beyond belief - very poor communication all round.
