Sheerline Lift and Slide Patio Door

I have recently had fitted a Sheerline Lift and Slide Patio door as it has a low threshold.
After fitting a draught strip dropped and had to be glued in place by the installation company.
The patio door has one opening door which is on the inside track, we have found that water comes into the inside of the track when opening and puddles into the track.
Trims were missing and the installer had to return fit various missing parts.
We are also experiencing air passing through the drain holes causing an uncomfortable draught, particularly when windy, to the extent that the internal vertical blinds move inwards.
I don't believe the design has been fully thought through and I would not recommend this product
