With an easy to use quote process and ultimately a great price againt my previous insurer, who I have been with for several years, it made the decision to move easy and stress free. It was an easy process to set up my new policy on line. The price for my car insurance was the cheapest I was offered together with any add ons. In all a pleasant experience.

It was so quick and very easy to change. I've stuck with the same company for a few years even though the price went up every year, but this time decided to do some research to see if I could save money - and I did!

I was looking for a similar quote to the one I had before and found this one,

Great online service in taking out a policy, straight forward. No problem in cancelling, (cancelled because garage where I was buying the car offered insurance)
But then decided yours was better, only negative thing, I was unable to reinstate, so had to do all again. But in fairness, it was easy.

I specifically chose a policy without a black box or data tracking. Despite this, I received constant emails and texts threatening to cancel my insurance unless I enabled data sharing.

I contacted customer support three times, and every time they confirmed these messages did not apply to my policy and told me to ignore them. They even confirmed this by email.

A month later, they cancelled my policy anyway.

Completely misleading, poor communication, and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this insurer.
