You guys are not professional, I can see this as extortion. I requested for NG2 booking. you allowed me to pay. it was after the payment you said I have to pay for extension of courses. That's a big disappointed from you. I regretted coming to your platform

I’m just getting started with my training through Shields Health & Safety, and I really want to shout out my student advisor, Leah Frayne.

Dealing with the admin and funding when a massive corporation like the University of Edinburgh (UoE) is paying for a course can be (it really is) a massive headache. Leah has been absolutely brilliant through the whole setup. She was incredibly attentive, supportive, and completely understood our specific requests and circumstances without making it feel like a hassle.

Starting a new qualification is always a bit daunting, but Leah definitely made it personal to the point of making me feel like I was talking to a lifelong friend.

If you are doing a course through Shields, you would be in great hands if she is dealing with your case.

I can only hope to get the same level of support while doing the course. I will be able to tell soon enough!!

I just bought a course, so now I need to study. But i was skeptic at first as it was a bit confusing what to expect. Leah Frayne help me a lot before and after, explaining everything in detailed and making it an awesome experience. So if you have any questions, she will help you with everything.

Terrible - Many years I have completed over 3 dozen courses, mostley online in recent years.

SHEilds promised a human interaction, full time support though their HSE diploma. Once I paid, self funded = nothing. I mentioned I am Dyslexic, they offer no help after I paid.

I bet they are great with companies who fund students, however I have never experienced such a bad service from a training provider. Not only do they rarely reply, failed to reply to multiple complaints but the assigned tutor is rude, obnoxious and very unhelpful who actually told me to watch a YouTube support video instead of just supporting me as any tutor.

I have lost my money, I have received no support and I bet I could pass the HSE diploma just watching YouTube and using google as I would definitely get more support online with an A.I.

I will be going the open book NEBOSH & leave SHEilds, behind be warned.

my advisor Leah Frayne understood exactly what I needed, and directed me to the appropriate vendor for Payment. After my accident and surgery, I didn't think I would have the opportunity to finish my course. Thankfully Leah took it in her stride.

All the material for study it is well presented and you can reach your tutors and have webinars for all the exams.

Very Poor Experience – I Would Not Recommend This Training Provider

I had a very disappointing experience with this training provider and would not recommend it to anyone.

I enrolled in a NEBOSH course through their UAE office. However, once my payment was completed, the UAE team provided little to no support. For almost every query, I was directed to contact their UK team instead.

Most of my communication was through obe-shields, but the responses were unprofessional, unfriendly, and not customer-focused. Instead of resolving concerns, the replies often felt dismissive and unhelpful. After collecting the course fee, there seemed to be very little interest in supporting students.

A training provider should offer proper assistance throughout the learning journey, not just until payment is received. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. It appears that the priority is collecting fees rather than providing quality customer service and student support.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this training provider.
