Polite staff - returning customer experience
Polite, patient (especially when choosing new frames) and friendly staff.
I enjoyed their ability to explain how the different lenses worked without it sounding like rocket science.

Sheinman always go above and beyond in helping me.
I always end up going back to this place despite living 100s of miles away!
My prescription is quite high and the frames need to be quite specific in size which is so hard to find! Been to various other local opticians but they don't go above and beyond like Sheinman do. Theresa is absolutely a God send in helping me choose the right frames, other staff have been really helpful too and always made me feel welcome. I have been to numerous opticians to find the right local one but always end up going back to Sheinman even though theyre so far away from where I live!
Highly recommend this opticians, especially when choosing frames!

I was seen on time. Mark Williams is an amazing optician. The clinical tests were done really well and Carl did a good job dispensing specs. The receptionists were really helpful. Overall an amazing experience.

Attended to on time of appointments. Problem diagnosed quickly and arrangements made to collect my new prescription spectacles with 2 weeks.
