I send my details 2 weeks ago nothing hapend… they told me 7 days but i didn’t receive any money . I call them many times nobody answer the phone . My money coming from Uber claim/ Pogust Goodhead. I don’t know nothing for that company .. i hope so everything should be ok..

I was hyper aware of possible scams . I called my bank for reassurance , shieldpay ARE legitimate and my compensation was processed within days of me giving over my bank details for payment . Always worth checking with your bank if you’re unsure , but my experience was good 10/10

I thought long and hard about giving my bank details and was really nervous, however, I saw the reviews and decided to risk it. Yesterday I passed on my details so that I could receive compensation. Today I received payment. Really great service!

Like so many other reviewers, I was sceptical of a sudden email asking for my bank details! I came on here, read all the positive reviews and, still remained unsure. Millberg informing me that my compensation has been awarded but sheild pay were unable to make the payment. I searched many sites but eventually I put my bank details in on line, after I changed my password and 4 digit number, just in case, sure enough, 4 days later £1656.03 was deposited into my account. It would have helped if the initial email came from Millberg and that the shieldpay did not go into spam, but I think I'd have still carried out those checks! Can't fault shieldpay!

Never heard of shieldpay so I called my solicitors who reassured me this is how my compensation claim would be paid.
Submitted my details and waited the 10 days. Nothing. 3 weeks later still nothing. Unable to call to speak to anyone as the mailbox is full. What a joke, you’re withholding my money in the middle of a worldwide financial crisis.

I was told back in November my claim had been settled £1656.03 and shield pay would be in touch and money would be with me in December !! Now February I have tried calling several numbers no one ever answers or message on answer phone saying mail box full !!! Awful customer service and support

Having been awarded two and a half grand from keller post man uk the process for myself was a nightmare,, HOWEVER Danielle on the phone at shield pay was absolutely fantastic and dealt with my issues in a timely, professional manner and she didn't take offence to how irate and annoyed i may have come across due to the complications and the time scale i had to wait, Shield pay h.ead office GIVE THE LASS A PAY RISE as she represents your organisation to the highest standards.
Will definitely recommend Shield pay to anyone and everyone 👌👍😉

Was extremely reticent about giving personal details of account. Following on line instructions was excellent and simple. Just over £1500 hit my account within ten days. Well done.

Can't remember when I applied for diesel emission claims, but I kept getting emails requesting my bank details, which I obviously ignored. Then, not sure why but I decided to try it, more out of desperation than anything else, and what do you know 2 weeks later I received nearly £2000, still can't believe it, this stuff happens to those other people.
If your reading this review and have had dealings with Keller postman for any reason, they are a real company and use Shield pay to send the funds.
Shield pay are great and answer the phone every time I called can't remember the young ladies but she was really helpful. So thank you Shield Pay and Keller postman.
Also I have seen some reviews stating Keller postman take too big a percentage of the funds, I think its a fair exchange. So thanks to you both, I'm going shopping now...
