scammers or not
hi. today I received a phone call from one guy who introduced himself like a Ethan Wood data administrator for shield pay. He had information that I was scammed by universal market. Which is actually true. He told me if I have WhatsApp app. that we should talk there. So we did. He told me to send him transaction papers proving that I have send money to universal market so I did. Would like to know if this guy is legit if he really work for shieldpay? There was also other guy talking with me Kyle Powell was his name? Please let me know if you know anything about them?

So so good
So so good. Anyone that says Keller take too big a cut, try getting your money without them. I have been left feeling totally satisfied with the outcome.
Very good company
Very good company, was weary to begin with having to give my bank details but everything went through perfectly. Would recommend
Very professional
Very professional. Got calls and a letter from them, followed the steps and got money back.
I had doubts but i did some research and found its legit.
Feeling unsure
I received a link following a claim with Keller Postman, and was slightly unnerved that Shieldpay needed to connect with my online banking. I went ahead as was assured that this was standard practice. I have now waited 22 days and no funds have arrived and no one has contacted me. I've tried to get hold of both Shieldpay and Keller Postman but I'm not getting anywhere. I assume my funds are currently sitting with Shieldpay, and not in my bank account where they should be.
****Update****
I have NOT received payment. There is no pending transaction on my account and nothing expected. Why lie when it is clear that payment has not been made? I don't understand why they can't just ask for old fashioned bank details, as this 'digital connection' to your online banking evidently doesn't work.
I've sent an email, but I think this review definitely needs to reflect the fact that they have lied in their response. No payment has been made, and I have not received the funds.

Not happy to provide personal security banking details, seems there is no other way to be paid, in letter it says our claim will be donated to charity, hence putting more pressure on us, bank advised only Sort Code and Account Number, anybody else had this from Shield Pay it seems very ominous?

I think we misunderstood this company . When I read the letters from law firm it is very clear that the company was to make the payment within 28 days. I sat back and relaxed armed to the teeth if this did not happen. I recipient my pay within 15 days .
I think we should read small prints and be patient. Shieldpay is so fine thanks
An efficient company
I have a good experience with this company which processed my payment smoothly and efficiently.

I think it's an absolute disaster of a company, first off, I've sent numerous emails, no reply, can't for the life of me get through on the phone, spoke to my law firm who dealt with the claim, they can't give any info as far as they are aware they have settled it, I followed the link on the email about "view email in browser" so I did, I clicked past issues, and it seemed and showed payments processed all different dates, I pointed this out to them via email ( which was ignored 3 times) and now I can't access it.. im afraid I've quite possibly been scammed I mean what company doesn't answer the phone seriously..
Terrible company
This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with.Genuine important requests ( by email) totally ignored.
No customer service whatsoever.would not recommend them at all
Sent my bank details over still awaiting my payment.. I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone,it's getting ridiculas now..
They could try answering the phones..
VW emissions claim, DO IT!! It’s legit
Anyone considering claiming against the VW emissions case. DO IT!!! I was so skeptical for over a year receiving emails and almost ignoring them all thinking it was all good to be true. Bit the bullet and went ahead and had my pay out the next day. Absolutely over whelmed and genuinely couldn’t believe it.
