I accidentally ordered the wrong pattern and customer service was super helpful! They were promptly and kind and I am one happy customer!!

The products are so fun and so comfortable. I bought them for my husband and he loved them so much bought a few pairs for myself. I had a minor issue once and dealt with customer service and they were great! Quickly responded and resolved the issue immediately and better than I could have expected. 5 stars all around!

Originally got my husband a few of these for Christmas and he loved the feel and comfort of them so I got him a subscription. Today, my subscription went through before I could pick the patterns I wanted. I did a live chat with customer service and spoke to Tin. He got my original order from the subscription canceled and got me 6 new pair ordered with the patterns I wanted. The customer service was excellent and I am very satisfied with the help I received and the product itself.

Had a great experience with Customer Service when I messed up my order. They were able to help me get it corrected in a very short amount of time. I will say, if I am looking for something in particular, I may just contact them in the future because some items are not showing on the website anymore.

I have no complaints about the products I have gotten from Shinesty. My wife has gotten me several pairs of underwear from them and I couldn’t be happier. They have funny and interesting patterns as well as the ones xtra space so my penis can breathe. If you respect your junk or the junk of a loved one, you need to get some underwear from them. It’s outstanding.

I bought the wrong size at a kiosk at the Denver International Airport and it’s a special print that you can only get there so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it corrected. Not only did they correct it. They responded to me within five minutes of me emailing them and they shipped me a size that will fit without asking for the other back. Stellar customer service. Will definitely be back.

I love the customer service. My husband gets the boxers and I love all the choices are great.
I get the ladies boy shorts and to be honest the there isn’t as good of a selection choice.
Overall the underwear is comfortable & soft. They wash great

I like them. Only issue is get is I get 2 a month and now I have had 4 duplicates so far. Theres so many shinesty emails that I ignore the spam ones and forget to check the order ones. Debating on canceling the subscriptions because I dont check my email often enough and I dont need 2 or 3 of the same printed underwear

I was having trouble with an exchange, so I started a chat and Tin was fantastic. They did the exchange for me and made it easy. Can't wait to see them on my man!
