We were recommended this store by a lady I sat next to on a flight back home from New York this May (where we got engaged). I noticed her engagement and wedding rings and commented on how lovely they were and that I'd like something similar. She gave a glowing recommendation and I have to say that I wholeheartedly agree with her - the service we have received from Julianne has been first class. Looking forward to picking up our weddings bands at the end of August.

Clarice at Shining Diamonds was absolutely fantastic. I visited close to closing time, but she never made me feel rushed and was incredibly patient throughout. She showed me lots of beautiful eternity ring options, helped me narrow them down, and gave honest, knowledgeable advice about what would work best with my engagement and wedding rings. Even though I changed my mind what felt like a hundred times, she was always kind, friendly and happy to help. Thanks to her, I found the perfect eternity ring. I couldn’t recommend Clarice and Shining Diamonds more highly!

I've worked with Charlie, who provided such great service from start to finish. I discovered a missing diamond in my engagement ring and he handled the situation with the utmost care, ensuring it was promptly and flawlessly fixed. Beyond that he was patient with me while he helped me design my wedding band to match my engagement ring. At no time did i ever feel pressured, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with how beautifully everything turned out!

Charlie was tremendously helpful throughout the process, clearly explaining how diamonds are graded, and giving clear and transparent feedback to our questions. He spent a lot of time responding to our queries and managed to find us a great deal. Would really recommend.

Shining Diamonds 5 stars what amazing staff! I was looking at engagement rings online and came across these guys Julianne From the Hatton Gardens store contacted me and helped me all the way communication was truly amazing all the way through! After receiving the ring back up in the midlands the customer care she gave me was outstanding! I had to have the ring resized and she made it all happen! If you’re looking to buy jewellery I’d recommend these guys are you’re go to.. Julianne thank you for such amazing service you gave.
