I had a wonderful experience! Julianne was so kind, answered all my doubts and questions everytime. Communication with her was really easy, specially if you are overseas and went above and beyond to assist me remotely. She was really patient, guide me through the entire purchase process with professionalism and care, help me feel confident with my decision and kept me informed at all times. Customer service was outstanding, truly appreciated and highly recommended! Also, the ring is beautifully made and fits perfectly. I would definitely buy here again (this is my third purchase).

We are given a first class service by Joby, shown a great range of ring options, and the details were comprehensively explained. This allowed us to select a gorgeous emerald and diamond ring to celebrate a milestone birthday.

I was looked after in the most professional and expert manner by Clarice when first buying my fiancé engagement ring and then on our next visit for the wedding rings and subsequently on purchasing diamond earrings. Clarice was extremely helpful, friendly and also took the time to share her expertise on diamond selection and grading with me, she wasn't trying to get a sale it was more about me being satisfied with my choices.
