I've been a very satisfied customer of Shinjiru for 4-5 months and then I had to cancel my service.

Their team was ultra kind. Skype support was awesome. Kinda got an issue though sadly when my VPS started getting ddosed.

Shinjiru couldn't do anything about it. I mean they didn't like even offer anything.

I still have my domain with them and I am satisfied though to be a customer of theirs. Even like this.

Nothing beats their privacy and the freedom of speech they offer. I just can't believe how great of a company they are.

Maybe the one of the only issue in regards of technical issues:
1st) They don't offer KVM VNC or KVM Custom ISO Installation.

2nd) They don't have DDoS protection.

Other than that, their accounting was good. They never scammed me. They always treated me kind. So, what else?
