There was an issue with Parcelforce in the UK (they claim they tried to deliver but didn't leave a card) but Shipbymail customer services responded quickly to help and I found the parcel soon after. Definitely recommend Shipbymail for your forwarding needs.

I’m in the U.S. The new iPhone 16 here is all dual eSIMs. I need one with one eSIM and the other micro SIM which is available in Canada. I ordered one from Apple Store in Canada , delivered to ShipByMail and then ShipByMail shipped it to me in the U.S. The whole process was simple/smooth. I received it in 6 days including a weekend after placing the order in Apple Store online.

I never usually write reviews for websites or anything, but this one deserves it. Package forwarding seems to be a scene with a lot of sketchy and questionably trustworthy actors, so I was a bit skeptical or worried about trying any of them, but shipbymail does the whole thing with no nonsense. I was pretty impressed with their processing times too, as my package was in their system within a day of shipping, despite saying it could take multiple. Cost of shipping internationally is a bit of a pain point, but I don’t think that’s the company’s fault, nor do I think you are going to find other services to be much different, at least not trustworthy ones. So if you’re prepared to spend the extra money, I couldn’t find anything bad to say about shipbymail.
