Shippn made purchasing from the US and shipping to Australia easy! I had wanted to buy a medical device that was only available in the US. The challenge was that the vendor would only post to a residential address. Shippn was the perfect solution for me. The host provided a quick turnaround, and their customer service was excellent! In retrospect, they offered great value for money, and I highly recommend their service to anyone!

When ordering the item, it is not clear and transparent what the costs are going to be for the Shippn host to send it. I paid for the purchase of a pair of girl's shoes worth less than 50USD and it was only after I had paid for the item and when they had arrived with the host that I found that the postage cost to send a shoe box to the UK from France was 76 USD + import taxes making the overall cost overall cost around 102 USD. They use DHL who are very expensive. This doesn't make economic sense for a low cost item. DHL are too expensive.

I would recommend using this service, but only for a high value items. For items under 100 GBP/EUROS, it just doesn't make send economically.

Easy to use service - easy to register. I was wanting a rare, vintage item sent to me but unfortunately, the seller that was based in America wasn't willing to ship to the UK. As a compromise and from seeing the positive reviews, I asked if they would be happy if I got a host address from America via Shippn, which they were fine with.

So, I registered with Shippn and chose my host based not far from where the seller lived. It was easy step-by-step and allowed me to keep the seller informed of what information I needed in order for them to ship the item to the US address. There are some key details you need (like projected weight, item value, link to the item, etc.) as you try to pick the host address you need. However, after that, it's a smooth process.

The chat feature allowed me to keep in touch with the host to let them know tracking details and when the item was being sent and for them to keep me informed of the next steps in the shipping process and send me photos.

The item arrived really quickly today via FedEx (3 days early) and all looks good, which I'm very pleased with.

So, if there's an item you need that doesn't ship to your location, use Shippn to solve this in order to get the item you thought wasn't possible. Shippn also offer a service where they can help you buy something if you're having problems doing this.

All in all, a great and helpful service.

It was very seamless and efficient from start to finish; the process was easy to place my order with the local buyer who arranged purchase of my item very quickly, with prompt shipping all the way from Australia to the U.S. This service was a great assistance with securing a very hard to find item only available in Australia, and I would definitely use Shippn again.

Not a reliable service, holds your package hostage "on hold" for days while a verification process takes place that is not clearly communicated in advance. Feels like they're making rules up as they go along, to the customer's inconvenience. Will not use again.

I wasn't sure how to order from Shippin but It worked out great!! My host was wonderful and we received the order in 8 days due to the winter storms!! Very Happy with their service and the respond time to get back to me with answers to my questions!! I Highly recommend this service!!!

All the items arrived safely but the postage is INSANELY HIGH!! I would encourage you to look into other proxy platforms if possible that WONT change you $260 for a 30cmx20cmx20cm box…

This service has been disappointing. I used Omar Ahmed who is based in London and had a 5 star review with hundred of reviews. My item was delivered to the host address 4 days ago on January 21, the host signed for the item and acknowledged receipt, and still the host has not processed the order towards shipping as of January 24. He claims the item was not delivered in a shipping package but has not offered a photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in. I ordered this dress for my birthday but now I highly doubt the dress will arrive on time let alone actually be delivered to me. I DO NOT recommend this service. Save your money and your time and DO Not USE. I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Wow, seriously was expecting the worse, but got the best service. Unfortunately, one of my packages wasn't picked up and was lost in Greece. I was expecting an apology message with some excuse. Instead, they took it seriously, took full responsibility, and offered a full refund after an investigation. Thank you for your amazing customer support!!

This is my second time using shippin to order items from Germany and have them sent to the US, the service is pretty smooth and once you get all the information in it works like clock work. It easy extremely affordable even for priority delivery, I got my shoes in less than 2 days which was ridiculously fast I think, for a price that would be more expensive if shipping within the US..., Additionally I really appreciated their desire to verify my payments to make sure there purchase wasn't fraudulent I'm gonna be a little nit picky not to discourage use of the service but to say they can improve a bit. The chat portal can improve.. find a way to separate messages from the host and shippin cause at times I didn't know who I was talking to and having multiple overlapping messages from different people is kind of annoying honestly, this should be a simple fix think

I had a great experience. Before using the service I read reviews and I saw a few were negative, but now I understand that those people had bad experiences because they were ordering illegal stuff. If your order is legal, you are safe and good to go! I had great communication with the platform all the time, and they were very proactive with updates and help. Excellent solution!

I purchased a coat for my wife that was available only in the UK shop. The host was very kind and responsive, sent me pictures of the packages and item before and after repackaging, and shipped it very quickly. Item received by him on Monday, and on Friday the shippn package was ready for delivery in Italy.

Costs aligned with competitors.

A very good service for those things you can't get delivered directly. Yes it costs, but when it's one of those "gotta have" things a few extra pounds isn't a big deal. Very good customer journey, communications great all the way though and does what it says on the tin. I'll certainly be using again!
