Really bad experience. Stay away.

i ordered a pair at the beginning of August i have chased the order. i was told that it had been delivered i argued it had not now told its still being shipped i have asked for a refund which they said no as its on route. i am disgusted by there customer service would not recommend them at all.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and one was out of stuck so they refunded me. However, that is required of them.

The 3 shoes I did receive are very poor quality and I wouldn't wear them for an event or if I had to actually walk. They will fall apart. One actually does not stay on my foot. The sandal is so rigiit slips right off my foot. The size is correct, its just ergonomics is off

I ordered a pair of shoes beginning of june and NEVER RECEIVED THEM!
we are now 7 of september and I sent them three emails complaining and asking them my money back but they havent even bothered to reply

Ordered shoes and received a tracking number when they were supposedly dispatched.
Tracking info states that they have been delivered but I have not received them.
Contacted Royal Mail who told me that the shoes had been delivered to the address on the package which is over 10 miles from where I live!
Assuming that I had been given an incorrect tracking number, I attempting to contact the company only to have my email 'bounce'.
Therefore, I have now given up hope of receiving my shoes.

Shoes not as described . Got a return label, sent the shoes back in perfectly good condition having tried on only once, and they REFUSED to accept return saying the shoes were scuffed!!
Unbelievably bad service!!!

I guess the 1 star is for their successful website that leads you to believe you are getting a great deal. But should you need to exchange or return, SHOES.COM could care less about the consumers interest. Rather than allowing me a size exchange, they required that I return the wrong size and reorder the new size; rendering me out the $$$ twice.( the shoes were over $100 dollars each) They then refused to accept my return of the first pair and made no effort to rectify my situation; it was my unfortunate problem they told me. I even asked to speak with a supervisor. I guess they are too big a company to care about losing one customer. Shameful........the consumer discount is discounted service and business ethic. Too many other places to shop!

Horrible shoes. One pair broke within an hour of wearing. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare! They have sent a return address which is CHINA, but won't agree to refund postage. Reading these reviews I could end up out of pocket for shoes and postage. Try to leave review on their site but wouldn't allow it, hence all good reviews on sales page.

they never accept return, they will say they dont have your record order in their system. and even your shipping confirmation they will still say its not showing on their end. until you get tired talking to them. I ordered a clarks shoes with my normal size but it was too tight for me. cant return it because they said my order number is not on their record. this site is affiliated with walmart company, no wonder why they are a junk service. better stay shopping at amazon.com I hate this place, waste of my money and time

Tried on shoes in my brand new house took 5 steps and they would not return the uncomfortable shoes. So ridiculous!! I would never buy from shoes.com again. Terrible company!!

DO NOT Buy. Wish I had read this page before purchasing these shoes rather than those on their Facebook page. Brought a size larger than needed ie 41 rather than a 40 but still tight so sought an exchange. Coy refusing to exchange as they had sent the size I had ordered. Keep sending predrafted fill in emails in reply so now going to try for a refund

Only given a star because you can't write a review otherwise. Slow delivery, misleading adverts offering no quibble refund which is not honoured, sizing is inaccurate - I ordered size 5.5 to ensure a fit but the shoes do not fit my standard size 5 feet. Dreadful customer service and shoddy products

DO NOT BUY ! This company is a rip off! They do not refund ! They sent me the wrong size, there is no labelling telling you the size , the customer service is a joke! They refuse to give refunds. I am taking it further, I will do my best to shut them down. Very unprofessional, not legit

I ordered shoes for my son's from shoes.com and not only did I get a great deal they arrived quick and were the perfect size. My boys were very happy with them. I will be ordering all my shoes from them. I recommend shoes.com to everyone who needs or wants great shoes at lower prices.

COMPLETE RIP OFF

When shoes, which feel as if they're made of cardboard, arrived they were wrong size, too small, although they insist it was size I ordered. Have asked repeatedly how to obtain refund but have come to the conclusion I'm completely wasting my time and have to put it down to experience.

DONT NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered uk size 5.5 they sent a 38 which is uk 5. So they dont fit (very small even for a 5!) I have offered to return the shoes and i want a refund. They just reply we cant help with your request. Absolutely disgusting customer service.. they are basically thieves. Take your money.. send out crap made and sized shoes... and then take no responsibility for it!!! May aswell rip your money up!!!!

I ordered a pair of leather sandals size 4 (37). They took ages to come but when they did they were not leather and the wrong size. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I have tried to contact them to return the sandals and get my money back, but I only get an automated reply to say that they've been delivered.

I ordered a pair of sketchers from them. They were cheaper than anywhere else and I got free shipping too! They said 3-7 days for shipping but I checked the tracking number this morning and it said they’d be here today, 2 days after ordering!!! Just got a text from UPS that they were delivered and I got the box and checked them out and they are what I ordered and in perfect condition!!!! I’m so happy and can’t wait to give them to my mom!!! Will definitely use them again! I’m confused by all the bad reviews! I think people may have been scammed but not by them! I was scammed by someone using sketchers actual website a few months ago! Luckily PayPal refunded me!! I knew something was wrong when the email was a gmail account on the invoice and the tracking number said it was delivered a month before I ordered it!!!

I ordered shoes and I tried them on and they weren't Comfortable. I called to return them in they refused because they had been worn. Do not buy anything from this website their customer service is awful

AS all the other reviews. More fool me, bought advertised by cranberry fly. the sole measures 3.25 inches across, the circumference to get your foot into measures 8 inches. They smell awful, goodness knows what they are made of. ordered in May, arrived 25 July. Nothing like the picture. They should be banned from ebay advertising. Someone in China is getting very rich from this!!!
