I ordered many normal products for someone who is recovering from a surgery and needs to clean an open wound. Almost 2 Months later, after ordering around 9 products... I get just ONE, with a huge amount for delivery (around 14 euro) after more than a week... The other products? I have no idea. I don't care what happened but this company is NOT to be trusted, disgusting, arrogant customer service. Nie Wieder....

The delivery service (Hermes) was fast and reliable. My package was delivered as I instructed. And the packaging was environmental friendly, well packed and undamage. Unlike other company who pack small package in big boxes with a lot of waste paper in it. I will recommend SHOP PHARMACY to family and friends. Is 5star for me.

I have always been satisfied with the products.However I had a delivery problem and have been disappointing by the support. It took time but it seems that my package has finally been found. I am now hopping to get my money back.

Quite a terrific experience, unfortunately.

I tried to make an order, and kept experiencing tech issues all the way: either a page loading was slow, or it just did not load at all, and I had to go a step back.
And, yes, hoping that was some temporary issue, I tried waiting - did not help.
Finally, I finalized it and paid via my credit card. The payment transaction was fine, but there was no order displayed at my personal account page.
I tried contacting the support via an online form since writing in German is easier for me than speaking, and there was no feedback apart from an autoreply.
My payment transaction was reverted by the bank afterwards, but that does not actually improve my shopping experience.

I tried contacting them. No succes.

This company may be good if you just want to order. But if you have any questions, maybe look for another apotheke.

We can easily find whatever we need with good prices.

I ordered pills online and they were delivered to a person at another building (not even in the same building). I am in quarantine and can't go out to get my pills, why would I order pill if I can go out? I would just go to pharmacy, it's same distance. And why would you deliver pills to someone else? How can you not consider the person might be sick and can't go out??
Also you can't file a complaint via the website, you have to call them. I am sick and can't even talk, so what do you expect me to do in this case? FOR GOD'S SAKE WHY WOULD YOU DELIVER PILLS TO SOMEONE ELSE????????

worst ever experience ever. ordered something from them, to deliver to Berlin. later on, DHL sent me a letter to pick up from Dusseldorf. I called and they said I placed an order from their market place and the brand is called Kosmetikkaufhaus.de. ask me to contact them. and they can't do anything for me. I asked if they could contact them for me since I placed order from shop apothem. they said they are like amazon. they could see my order from their backend but they couldn't help me. I asked if I could speak to their supervisor they said no. fund ? no? turns out its an dead end. worst ever company I dealt with in Germany.
