Sent a battery that did not hold charge and no customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a cell battery, they sent the battery, but it didn't hold a charge. It was actually worse than the one I was replacing in my daughter's phone. When email went unanswered, I called. They answered and immediately hung up the phone repeatedly (as if they didn't understand English). I complained to Paypal and they did nothing but say that I had to resolve the matter with the merchant because they do not guarantee the quality of the product. What?! There is no way to resolve this if they won't respond. This company defrauded me out of the cost of the battery and shipping and handling charges. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
