I bought a few shirts from impressions a few years ago, and returned maybe 2/5. I liked the other ones I kept, and they fit well. I decided to update my wardrobe and bought 6 shirts. I used the sizing info, and read about the models size, as I'm sometimes a S and sometimes a M.
I received m shirts quickly, and will be returning 3 or 4. The sizing is completely off.
I purchased a small in a shirt that stated it ran large, and the small was for a bust 38 inches. No way. I love the shirt, but WAY too small.
I also received a shirt that was so incredibly wrinkled in the package I can't even determine if it's cute or not. It's like it was wadded up in a ball and vacuum sealed.
3 or so of the items fit well and are cute, so I will be keeping.....but I'm not sure I'll shop here again

I have been shopping with this boutique for a few years now and have never been disappointed! From the customer service to the quality of the pieces I’ve ordered, impressions boutique truly sets the bar high! Their customer service team is always so quick to respond and help me with any issue I have, such as changing my shipping address or cancelling an order for me when I selected the wrong payment method. I cannot recommend Impressions enough!!!

I am super disappointed with the quality of my order. I ordered a pair of shoes from the store and when they came in, they had different sized straps around the ankles. One sandal fit perfect and snug. The other sandal had stretched out or loose straps, which just fit super awkwardly. I have never ordered a pair of shoes before that came so mismatched from each other.

I love this store so much! I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy & had a really hard time finding clothes that fit me properly & were still my style. My confidence level got really low because of this. They are literally the only clothing store I like. & they make returns so easy. Usually companies always charge for shipping & shipping for returns. If you end up not liking something then you can ask for store credit & they don’t charge you for shipping. The clothing itself is also very high quality. Usually with these small businesses their clothing shrinks after one wash. I WISH there were more companies like them. Their clothing has made me feel so confident. 10 stars if i could!

I don’t know how anyone could give this boutique less than 5 stars—I would give them more if I could! Quality of clothing: amazing. Sales: frequent and substantial. Customer service: fantastic. Shipping: ridiculously fast. Keep doing what you’re doing, Impressions! You’re my favorite boutique! ♥️

I love this online boutique and spend on average around $100 a week! For the first time ever, the fulfillment of my order took so long (I live locally) that I called and inquired about it. I ordered on a Wednesday and on Friday it still was not fulfilled. I called Friday morning at 8 to inquire when it would get fulfilled. It got fulfilled late Friday afternoon. I feel like if I wouldn't have called, it would have been the following week before it was fulflilled/shipped. Usually they fulfill quickly, but not lately. It's hit and miss because a few weeks ago it was fulfilled same day- so I've learned to not order if you need it fairly soon.

I placed my order on Friday morning (5/22/20) and it shipped out that morning. It was delivered around 7:30AM on 5/26/20. This was a holiday weekend and was still the fastest fulfillment and delivery of any order I've ever placed. My order was correct and everything was so cute!!! Will definitely order from Impressions again!

I have been shopping with Impressions for the last 3 years, and it has been the best online experience I have ever had. The orders are always correct and arrive very quickly, the return process is seamless and simple, the customer service team is super attentive and respond to emails very quickly, and the clothes and items are super cute! I always get so many compliments. I also find the sizing pretty accurate which is important for online shopping:)

I came across this boutique online. Ordered a few tops. Was tickled to death how adorable and of great quality they are. So I ordered a few more, and some earrings too. I find myself browsing their website every day. Am inlove with everything they have online. Great merchandise, shipped fast. Am going to be a repeat customer. Am glad I found them.

Impressions boutique is an awesome company. I broke my shoe over a year ago and finally figured I would contact them to see if they could replace the shoe. Although, they could not replace my shoe given that it had been over a year of purchase, they still found a way to accommodate me by giving me 15% off. I don't know about you, but most companies wouldn't even do that. So thank you impressions!!!!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered a dress for almost $60 to wear for my bachelorette party. It is absolutely gorgeous and great quality in the pictures. The model in the pictures was about 5'5 and was wearing a small. I am 5'0, so that is what I ordered. What came in was absolutely atrocious!! #1, the material was that of a freaking thin tarp or parachute. #2, IT SHOWED MY BUTT WITHOUT ME EVEN BENDING OVER! I am 5 inches SHORTER than the model. It came down to the backs of her knees in the picture. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This boutique has consistently exceeded my expectations. The clothes are always even cuter in person, shipping is speedy, website easy to maneuver, communication is stellar. Just had my first experience with a return, and it could not have gone smoother. Customer service is top notch. Response time is the best I've seen. I am almost 60 years old and love cute clothes. They have every size to fit the fashion conscience lady. I'm a customer for life!
