I have ordered many things from this boutique and they are AMAZING! Clothes are great quality, shipping is free, and it comes to you super fast! I recently had a pair of shoes I ordered from the in January break. I was sad because they were so cute and I finally get to wear them (they are sandals). I reached out to the company fully prepared for them to tell me there was nothing I could do since it's been so long. To my surprise they gave me store credit to reorder the shoes or to get a pair of my choosing! WHAT!!?? That's so amazing! They also got back to me super fast and were so, so kind!

This was my first time ordering from Impressions. I ordered the
Palms and Prosecco Summer hat. The picture description of the hat was nice, the reason why I wanted the hat was that it gave the idea that it was a unique style of hat. shipping was fast $12 later.. ,needless to say the quality of hat was not what I expected.. Flimsy,small, ( no other size to pick from). I keep thinking you can get unique pieces off line but reality is its more of an illusion. I probably could have found the same style in a consignment shop. This is my first experience so I actually have the right to say my say. Its more of an illusion until you receive the product.

I have ordered from Impressions multiple times and have been happy every single time! Their shipping is free and they ship out my packages normally the same day or the day after I order. I've had to return only a couple items that were too small on me & they refunded me or credited me immediately.

Impressions is my favorite boutique. I love there clothing. Excellent quality and I can always find something to wear from there for everyday or dressing up. They provide Excellent customer service, quick shipping and free returns.

I’ve been shopping with Impressions for a little over a year now, I think and there’s a reason I place an order almost weekly! Reasonable prices given the amazing clothing quality, fantastic service, FREE shipping and the fastest free shipping at that! Usually my orders ship within two days, often the next day. I’ve made dozens of orders and have only had to return 3-4 times and only because the sizing was off, never an issue with quality. And they use Quad Pay which is a huge plus if you need to spread out your payments a paycheck or two. Love them!!

I’ve been shopping at impressions for a couple of years, and it’s by far my favorite go-to online shopping store. I frequently order items several times a week! It’s reasonably priced, and as a short 5’1 girl, it’s easy to determine whether or not something will fit right and I’ve never had to return anything. So I am 100% a loyal customer of impressions forever and always. I went to school up in Fayetteville and that's how I found out about this amazing boutique and it's really the only place I shop, even being back in Dallas. Everytime I wear something that I bought from Impressions, people ALWAYS ask me where I get my clothes and shoes. I recently bought these amazing black flats that my mom would comment on EVERY time I wore them so I just bought a pair for her for Mothers Day and she loves them!!
