this so called company (more like mafia) are the biggest trap since gold quest.
they are not interested in anything apart from taking money from your account without your knowledge and giving you many rubbish reasons.
avoid them and save yourself money and headache.

Be careful! This company can deduct money from your bank account without you even knowing!!! It is a total scam!!! Should be reported to Trading standard and the police!!!Many people fall for victims to this company!!! This is absolutely appalling that the company can take money from your bank account without your authorisation!!!

Very new internet buyer, only use to buy Christmas presents for grand kids.
Being old-fashioned check my card statements every month so picked up the £10 X 2 months, thought I must have lost a transaction slip. Have had computer trouble so was unable to track e mail replies etc so have absolutely no idea how they got my details. Am a pensioner, was scared to even ring them but screwed up courage & cancelled & have received e mail notification. But they are still going to charge me another £10. Still very angry - it's not much but it's money I can't afford to lose. The worst part is that it's made me feel very vulnerable. Don't know if I'll internet shop again.

My partner has had money taken out of his account of 10 pound he did not do anything how did they get bank details?. The only thing we can think of is that when making a transaction with Play. In December 2013 our details have gone to this site, all very crafty thinking your with play. I guess he was only purchasing a book and now money coming out of account through shopperdirect. This is unacceptable. Worried in case happens again. Tried to cancel with bank but can't as its classed as a shopping transaction. BEWARE PEOPLE when purchasing!! This will be taken further to Trading Standards and Watchdog!

Found i have been registered with Shopperdiscounts without my knowledge. Absolute SCAM. I will in future not deal with any online company that has links with them, and will inform those companys of the reason why ! Ticketmaster. Trainline etc

I don't know how they got my details but they've taken £220 from my debit card in the last 22 months.

This company has taken £140 from my credit card £10 a month, ive tried emailing etc to no avail, i want to cancel ASAP but dont know how, can anyone tell me how they cancelled the payment?!!! I did NOT sign up to this deal and they are scheming thieves in my eyes!!! I want it cancelling now!!!!

When I bought a rail ticket online I clicked on a window online offering me £15 off my next purchase, and unwittingly signed up with Shopperdiscountsandrewards. They extracted £10 a month from my account for over a year before I realised what was happening. I eventually got all the money back. I consider this company to be thoroughly dishonest, and its operations and those of any similar companies should be made illegal.

Total scammers.......this has been going on since 2008 and as far as I can tell nothing has been done to warn the general public not to click on their links or to shut them down. I am also amazed that so many big well known companies are affiliated with these rogues. They stole £70 of my money and as soon as I demanded a refund they gave me my money back. I have contacted watchdog as I am absolutely furious hopefully they will run a story

Same as many others, I bought a ticket from Ryanair and took advantage of an offer for £10 off my next flight. 3 months later, I questioned why £10 a month was going from my credit card and found it was to shopperdiscount (who appear to have changed their name now to shopperdisc.co.uk). I certainly don't remember agreeing to this and would not have consented to paying £10 a month without knowing what I was getting in return. I complained and got a refund of my three months 'membership fee', without any argument which I think shows they know what they are doing is wrong....Watch out if you sign up for this.
