I MADE THE MISTAKE OF BELIEVING THE 5 STAR REVIEWS AND NOT ACTUALLY FOCUSING ON THE REVIEWS WITH LOWER RATINGS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT. AFTER I HAD FILTERED OUT THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, I THEN FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY. IT'S AS IF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE THERE TO PREVENT ME FROM SEEING THE REVIEWS THAT COULD'VE SAVED MY LIFE.
Go to their google reviews, find my review and take a look at the photos I posted there, that was a car I leased for 2 YEARS and this car was neatly used as everyone can see in the photo. It could still easily pass as a brand new car. After 2 years of use, I returned the car. Everyone was impressed how neatly I used the car for over such a long period of time.
But surprisingly I'm asked to pay €1226,94 for that minor scratch on the roof of the car that you can barely see in the photo, and for the minor scratch on the right front wheel that you can almost not see!
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
They also wouldn't clarify how that minor invisible scratch amounted to €1226,94. They already told me they're not charging me for the regular signs of use on the car, but only for the minor invisible scratch that you can barely see in the photo. But then again it appears as if they calculated the cost of a full body paint job and some extra car customizations, and expect me to fund it for them. I urge everyone reading this to take a look at this car and point out if there's any damage on this car's body that's worth up to €1226,94 to fix? Or If there's even anything to fix at all?
It seems to me all they care about is my money and they only find ways to take money from me. Even when there's literally nothing wrong with the car, they used a microscope to find a scratch and forcing me to pay thousands of euros for it. There's nothing fair about that. One shouldn't even bother being careful with their car because it seems to me they've already planned to never return the deposit payment. How do you expect a car driven over a couple of years not to have minor signs of use? Should we then lease the car and just hide it in a warehouse and never use it? Or perhaps wrap the whole car in plastic while using it?
UPDATE:
They've sent their lawyer to sue me for sharing my personal experiences on Trustpilot and Google reviews. I guess trying to muzzle and gag me is a better solution than actually fixing the unethical business practices. Unfortunately for them I strongly believe in my right to honest speech and expression, and I can always share my honest personal experiences of any business entity I've interacted with. That's also exactly the same reason Google reviews was designed for.

THIS COMPANY USES A LOT OF ILLEGAL MEANS TO TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU.
It's so pathetic and embarrassing at this point. They should have some dignity and save themselves some respect at least.
First they sent the dumbest lawyer I've ever seen in my life, who even got quite close to getting himself sued for harassment. They should in fact consider hiring me as their lawyer instead. I'm not a licensed lawyer in the Netherlands, but I sure can give better legal advices than that person.
Now they're conniving with a debt collection agency to try and illegally collect a non-existent debt. I don't know whether this debt collection company doesn't know how debt collection works in the Netherlands, or if they're intentionally breaking the law on purpose as a "favour" to their client?
Anyways, I'm not a person of unnecessary words. Whenever they're ready to do things legally, I'll be ready too. Then I can finally expose this company even more.
I'll keep everyone updated with the new developments...

Communication was one of several serious issues I encountered with this company. Shortly after signing a short-term contract, a representative reached out to me via WhatsApp to discuss feedback on the vehicle. I found this method of communication unprofessional for a formal business interaction, but chose to proceed nonetheless. Unfortunately, their responses were consistently vague, terse, and at times, non-existent. I frequently had to follow up via email just to receive basic information that should have been provided proactively.
Additionally, the company operates from a single branch across the entire Netherlands, making vehicle pickup and drop-off highly inconvenient. This essentially forced me to use their delivery service, adding further cost and hassle to the process.
As my concerns grew, so did my mistrust in how they would handle the vehicle return process. My suspicions were unfortunately confirmed — upon returning the car after just three months of use, I was hit with what I believe to be an excessive charge for so-called "damage." The evaluation felt neither fair nor transparent.
Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The lack of clear communication, inflexible logistics, and questionable post-rental charges made this a regrettable choice.
