Unfortunately, my experience with Shuraa was far from satisfactory. I did not find the team to be very professional, helpful, or well-integrated. Despite being a large company, it felt like different departments and individuals were not communicating effectively with each other. I often received inconsistent information and had to repeat myself multiple times to different people, which made the whole process frustrating and inefficient.

For a company of this size, I expected better coordination, clearer communication, and a more client-focused approach. Sadly, that was not the case in my experience.

✔ Set up my company in Dubai quickly & efficiently
✔ Facilitate a corporate bank account with Emirates NBD or FAB
✔ Provide a digital business bank account as an interim solution

❌ They LIED about their ability to open a corporate bank account – After nearly TWO MONTHS of chasing them, they failed to deliver anything.
❌ They MISLED me about a digital business account – It was rejected because Shuraa does not understand the banking requirements.
❌ They caused severe delays & financial harm – My business operations suffered due to their incompetence and deception.
❌ They REFUSE to take responsibility – Instead of fixing their failures, they blame banks and third parties.

Beware .....Lack of knowledge , poor assistance and on top of it bad business manner (especially Ms NIMA). On my recent interaction on setting up the company i have noticed that they are in rush to trap you and do mind if you ask question in setting up the company to your needs.

My company that's located in another country in the European Union paid for their services. I had before my invoices for every payment I made and after paying them over $30,000 they refused to provide me the actual invoices and they say that they can only give me invoices for my UAE companies even though I received before my invoices and took my money from my European company. It's an absolute disgrace. They are so unprofessional. You can find way better and cheaper companies to do all of these services.
