Shuraa has been helpful in registering and other formalities to setup our company in RAKEZ. Specially Gauri from their team has been very helpful and patient with everything. A prior clarity on required expenses in each segments like insurance, bank opening would have been better as we got a little surprise about such payments in the middle of the registration process, rest the them is professional.

I HAVE BEEN FINED 10,000 AED AS THEY DID NOT FILE MY CT REGISTRATION IN TIME AND THEY PROMISED TO PAY THE FINE WHICH THEY HAVE NOT I AM UNABLE TO RUN THE COMPANY AS THEY SUBMITTED WRONG INFORMATION TO RAKEZ FOR THE VISA NOW I HAVE A ACTIVE COMPANY UNDER MY NAME AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING I NEED THEM TO CLOSE THIS COMPANY AND ONLY THEY HAVE ACCESS TO DO SO. IF NOT I WILL HAVE ANOTHER FINE UNDER MY NAME THE COMPANY THEY SET UP IS CALLED ASCORP MARKETING LLC AND STILL IS ACTIVE WITH FINES PENDING MOST LIKELY WHEN I ENTER THE UAE I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT WHICH IS TIME CONSUMING

Never had such a bad experience. I regretted hiring Shura so much that eventually I had to cancel my complete freezone company due to complete lies and misinformation given by Shura. I would suggest you hire a normal accounting firm that can do your freezone for 1/3 the cost Shura is going to charge you. In fact the freezone application process is so easy that you can do it yourself online without any issues. Here is what have gone wrong it is bound to happen with you as well if you pick Shura because one simple reason that their team is of freshers and they know nothing and will say something and then vanish for few days only to come back and change what they said.

1. They charge much more that the normal price for almost everything with a pathetic service quality. You end up loosing money as well as time. Instead go online and try it yourself first

2. They will show you videos of offices which are not going to be the ones you are going to get. I have proof and that is the reason I had to cancel after paying hefty cancellation fee without any original fee refund just to be sure that I am not pursued later by any fines etc as they messed up everything.

3. Often times they are not sure about the complete process. They will sound very confident till they collect the fee. Once fee is submitted their tone will change and you will be stuck with them for many days loosing your business and money. I was called twice to Dubai and had to stay back in hotels twice for upto 14 days simply because the interns they have didn’t know the process and everyday their are new surprises which leads you to keep waiting as they will say if you leave the complete process will have to be redone.

4. I was asked to pay a fine of 10000 AED as they didn’t inform me in time to get my tax id generated. When they informed they said there are only 2 days left and again asked for a hefty fee. I ended up applying for myself only but my application got delayed by 1 day. Later on this fine was cancelled by UAE authorities as a lot of people complained about it to them

5. If you apply through them the hidden fact is that you will have to renew and cancel through them only as you can’t change the agent once you apply through them. You will have to pay renewal fee and cancellation fee to them which they charge like 10 times more than anyone else.

6. They have many positive reviews on Google and that is why I got stuck with them and that is the reason I am writing on trust pilot so I can save many who get ripped off by Shura.

Don't trust these guys for your company work. SUPER CHEATERS..be careful and read documents and take time before signing anything.
