I want to put zero stars just been told…

I want to put zero stars just been told I won't get a refund for failure to wait for us at midnight at chania airport they have changed their story first it was we cancelled it then we never turned up I told them we were delayed but they never waited kept our 47 pounds and failed all.the way pathetic service

Fantastic service as always

Fantastic service as always. Friendly Driver waiting for us after landing to take us to our destination and on return on time at our villa. We’ve used this company for years and never had any problems

Great service.

We landed early and the driver wasn't there, (not his fault we were early), rang the office who spoke to the driver who appeared 10 mins later. Great comms. Arrived bang on time for our pick up return. Great service.

A disgusting service

It was a disgusting service of over 2 hours from hotel to airport, during a heatwave, no air-conditioning in the bus, and people were being sick and breathless. Some even had to go down at bus-stops to take a taxi instead. The driver called several times, and the bus should have been changed! Inhuman condition! The company just couldn't care less - unacceptable. Not recommended at all!

Assumed the Driver was telling the truth when he said I had insulted him when it was him that was carrying out his duties as per the voucher.

Experience was great

This was by far the most unpleasant…

This was by far the most unpleasant driver we have ever had.

He arrived 30 minutes late because he had apparently gone to the wrong hotel. When he finally arrived, we didn’t receive any apology at all. We were already stressed because we needed to catch our flight.

Halfway through the journey, he wanted to stop for a break. We told him that it wasn’t necessary since he had already been late and we would risk missing our flight if he stopped. He mumbled something in Turkish and called your customer service, claiming that he couldn’t understand us because we only spoke English (I understand a little Turkish). Despite this, he stopped anyway, simply saying, “5 minutes,” and got out to smoke a cigarette. He was so rude and frightened our children with the way he spoke, and showed no sense of customer service. The car smelled bad and was dirty.

We continued driving, and as we approached the airport, he asked, “Terminal 2?” We replied that we didn’t know and that he should have that information. He then called your customer service again. Shouldn’t you have communicated our terminal to him before the journey began?

When we finally arrived at the airport, he opened the trunk but didn’t help us with our luggage at all.

We were the very last passengers to check in, only making it at the last possible moment. If he had arrived on time, we would not have had to go through all that stress.
