Driver left us at Malaga Airport
We booked a transfer from Malaga airport to our hotel. There was an issue with the getting our baggage as the carousel wasn't working so the baggage had to be loaded manually and so took a long time to get the luggage. The driver would not wait and left without us leaving us no option other than to make alternative arrangements to get to the hotel

Everything worked out well. Clear information on the pick up stations, easy to find. And absolutely on time. We had a time change in flight and changed pickup time in advance- it also worked well. So I can absolutely recommend this transfer service.

Booked taxi for my parents
Booked taxi for my parents, who are elderly. The driver was clearly visible and waiting for them. Very curtious and professional. Very comfortable taxi, and pleasant journey into Benidorm. It's expensive, but a nice treat.

Excellent Service
After the initial worry and stress of not finding the meeting point at Barcelona airport, then not finding the driver, it was a very positive excellent service. Return journey excellent, driver turned up on time. Both drivers very friendly and helpful. Will use ShuttleDirect again.

It works as advertised
It works as advertised. I just had to wait for a while for a bus to come, and needed to go to the most distant place, so it took a lot of time till I reached my destination. After a long flight having a long trip was a tiring experience.
But still - it's a good value for the price

We would like to kindly clarify that this service is a shared shuttle transfer, which means the vehicle may make stops to pick up and drop off other passengers along the way. For this reason, there can be a short waiting time before departure as well as a longer overall route depending on other passengers’ destinations. This is expected behavior for this type of service and is how it is designed to operate at a lower cost than private transfers.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. They will not pick you up from your hotel!! They will only pick you up from designated places, which you will have to make your own way there. There is nothing stating this when applying. Disgusting In response to their reply, all I will say is that we have used other companies in the past while staying in Stalis and every one of them has picked us up from our hotel. There’s no excuse just a bland answer. Very POOR

A smooth transfer with not many drop off along the way. Good value as opposed to a taxi. Not long to wait at the airport and the return pick up was bang on the time which had been notified a day or two before.

Extremely rude & bad service from…
Extremely rude & bad service from Shuttle Direct. Our flight was delayed to Malaga by 1 hr & further delays waiting on our baggage. Company claims it waits 1 hour. However, another of our party arrived on a different flight & on time & there was no driver displaying my name when she went looking for our driver!!! Company claims they were at airport waiting . They rang me, I consistently returned their call some minutes later & after eventuality getting through was met with an abusive & rude man who basically said it’s in the policy (wait 1 hr only)..& I’d have to book again (& pay again) if I wanted another car.(€100!!) he said they only wait 1 hr & then leave. He then hung up!
My argument is that he never showed up at all &as previously mentioned, another member of my party did not find anyone waiting with my name displayed. ( despite being there on time!!)
An unreliable company & very bad service.

Very relabile service ,very clean…
Very relabile service ,very clean transport and polite driver. However the actual meeting point inside the airport no one was there to meet me or other passengers travelling from different countries and the "lighthouse" outside was difficult to find, as it didn't say it was a statue. Obviously through help of other staff in found the meeting point outside. Drop-off was right to our terminal. As a solo traveller I would highly recommend this service

Pick up on arrival and departure on time.
Both journeys were excellent in clean vehicles with immaculate drivers.
The drivers were both very polite and helpful.
We travelled from Reus to Salou return.

Left stranded at the airport at 1 am
Left stranded at the airport at 1 am in the morning. The flight was delayed and the coach didn’t wait after calling the 24 hour help line was told the next transfer was 9 am. Explained couldn’t wait in a near empty airport for 8 hours and told to get a taxi, keep the receipt and claim it back. Guess what shuttledirect now won’t pay the taxi fare stating we were given option of the next transfer even though I was told to get a taxi and claim it back.

However, as outlined and accepted during the booking process within our Terms & Conditions, shared shuttle transfers operate on scheduled services and, in the event of a flight delay, passengers are offered a seat on the next available transfer service. In your case, the next available shuttle was scheduled for 09:00.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover taxi expenses chosen in place of the next available shared shuttle service offered under the booking conditions.
We sincerely regret the disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding regarding the operating conditions of shared shuttle services.

Great Transfer
I have just returned from Spain where I used Shuttle Direct for my transfer from Malaga Airport to Nerja. From the moment I located them at the lighthouse outside the airport they were a delight to deal with. Travelling alone I had been nervous about the transfer prior to my holiday but I needn’t have been. They were punctual, well organised, polite and friendly , as was my driver, delivering a smooth door to door service. I received a confirmation email a couple of days before my return journey with the pick up time which also put my mind at ease. Reasonably priced , my experience with Shuttle Direct was all positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. 😊
