No Fleece

The Fleece I wanted, was a normal Sweatshirt and to big.For changing I had to pay the delivery by myself. Unfortunately I won't buy something else in that shop.

problems with shipping

I had ordered several items from the shop. One item didn't arrive. Sickboards staff has been extremely efficient in communicating with me in order to understand and solve the problem which they did at their own expense. I have been extremely satisfied by their efficiency and politeness.

Great shop, bad delivery

Delivery seemed to be progressed pretty quickly. Thank you for the free shirt, that´s a nice add-on which came in the right size just by leaving a comment on the order.
The ordered items are looking great and I´m already looking forward to attaching them to the board I have.
One star less because you were shipping with UPS which is a horrible experience. The parcel has not been shipped, nobody ringed my bell to deliver and I had to contact the service hotline (which I had to pay fee for) to tell them that I was at home when all deliveries were anounced and they have to ring my doorbell. I know, that´s absolutely not your fault, but UPS´, but you rely on them and a good shipping process which is not the case, at least for deliveries to Berlin.
