The company always makes sure the customer is always happy

They cut off the head of the picture and I send full foto. They did not reply back when I send them an email several times. Poor service They don't deserve even 1 star. Waist of my money. Will never ever use them and I will tell everyone not to buy with them

Excellent service as usual. We have done several 'pictures' over the last few years and they are such fun to do. Latest one was the lion; it is now framed and hanging our lounge wall.

I ordered a custom diamond painting of my sisters dog. When I received it I was so pleased at how it turned out. I was getting everything ready to start when I realized one of the beads were missing #8. I contacted sigmall and they were quick with response and are sending me the one I am missing..I am so thankful as this diamond painting means alot to me. September 7th 2023

This is such a great site I ordered a picture off my camera and instead of making it and sending it the wrong size so it would turn out blurry they contacted me about the right size and didn't charge me much. Now I'll have the right one . Thank you guys your the best. No other company does that.
