this company is a catastrophy in my opinion.
ordered about 4 weeks ago a washing machine, 1-5 days delivery time was announced. money got charged, still nothing received.
customer service miserable, need one week to answer emails and then don‘t provide solution. worst shopping experience ever!!!

Had some initial problems with my order…
Had some initial problems with my order due to website not working properly. After few emails and phone calls Samanta has sorted out everything. All electrical goods arrived well packaged, without any damage on packaging. I have ordered 4 large electrical appliances and everything arrived as it should be in perfect, brand new condition, even packaging is like brand new, no scratches or any damage as it usually happens after longer transportation.
Very pleased in the end, as I have saved a lot of money to compare to store prices

the worst customer assistance ever
We got a broken TV. Due a health problem of our son we didn't get the package, it was a relative instead, so when we saw the damage it was more than 24h afer the package arrived. Because of this, the company doesn't even try to solve the problem and forces us to keep the damaged TV. We will try to start the complain in a customer association trying to have a solution. Don't buy in this shop, customer satisfaction is their last priority.

Slow delivery or cheating on if in stock or not
Too slow shipment... A friend recomended this page to buy a new water boiler 80 Liter for our flat in Barcelona. Checked their various offers and chose a Juncker as in stock according to their homepage and it was urgent. Ordered and paid by credit-card. Was supposed to take two days to deliver as I ordered in the morning. 3rd day still no sign of shipment and I call their hotline and the lady only tells me I will get a notice when leaving the warehouse. So should be at least the same day as she said 2-3 days IF in stock. Five days later I get notice that order registered and has left that Friday from the courier service of Seur. On Monday another email from Seur that they will deliver. Get at call in the afternoon if in the flat so they can deliver. The come and deliver but all in all hence exactly one week after my order and payment. I meanwhile had to rush and get a plummer to come and temp fix the leaking boiler. So caution if you need it very urgent like I did - will next time order somewhere else or go to a regular shop.
