Be prepared to loose your money!

I ordered a washing machine on 5th June 2020, paid by debit card and Sihogar took the money that day even though they did not have the model I ordered in stock. After waiting 3 weeks they could not give me a delivery date and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. I did this but when I told them I had not received my refund, they said they had sent it to my bank. After 8 months and with the help of my bank, the town hall and Visa, I finally got my refund. This has been a battle I don't want anyone else to go through. Be aware! I dispute Sihogar's account of the refund, who said on 15 July that the refund was in my bank. I asked for transaction date, number and bank account number of refund. No information was given. My bank requested a refund and was ignored. OMIC took up the case and phoned Sihogar while I was in the room. Sihogar told OMIC that they didn't want to talk to about the case. Visa took up the case and after 8 months the refund was in our bank. If Sihogar can show proof that the refund was paid in July, I will apologise. If not, SHAME ON YOU!

do not trust them, don't get attracted by their prices. They have sold a broken and pre owned item claiming it was brand new.

I’m an expat kitchen fitter in Menorca…

I’m an expat kitchen fitter in Menorca Spain, I usually buy appliances here on the island, but this company were far cheaper. My experience wasn’t great to be honest. I ordered €700 of appliances, I paid on the 15th September.
I did receive order confirm, but then hardly any response for three weeks, I would email, then get a short email back saying the same thing, that my goods were nearly ready for shipping.
Finally my wife rang them after several attempts, and was told dishwasher was out of stock, so they were waiting for it. Poor communication to say the least, as they finally arrived, yesterday, and the dw was there but the extractor wasn’t! This arrived the following day.
So I do have all the goods, however it was very slow, I ordered a Bosch hob on eBay the same day from UK, it arrived two days later!
I think the overall feeling is, I probably wouldn’t use again, as the service was too slow, and communication for me was terrible, but I did finally receive the items.

I can´t understand why I did a purchase…

I can´t understand why I did a purchase from this company without checking them up first. They are horrible ! I bought a washing machine, a dryer, a coffee machine and a toaster to our second home in the Pyrinees. Sihogar assure me the delivery time was 4-5 days. The washing machine and the dryer arrived abit late, after about two weeks but the coffee machine and the toaster never showed up. After TONS of emails and a lot of time spending they assure me that the delivery will be soon, this was after 1 1/2 month since order and payment. I informed them that in two weeks (totally 2 months after order was made) we will return to our main home and can not receive the goods. After 2 months they informed me that the transport company have tried to deliver the order but no success.... Again I informed them that we are no longer in our second home and that they have to deliver the coffee machine and the toaster to our main home. Their reply, " if so you have to pay €20 extra for that delivery". Quite chocking !!! The order was maid July 23, today is October 6 and I have still not got my coffee machine and toaster despite I paid this €20 :-(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL REGRET IT!
We purchased in June various appliances totaling almost €2000, the appliances never arrived. After many many emails and more calls than I even want to remember they have slowly started to pay us back in small payments. We are now in September and we are still trying to get the rest of our money back. There are so many bad reviews for this company, I really wished I'd done my research before trusting them with my money. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not touch this company

My mother ordered a washing machine with this company nearly 7 weeks ago. for the last 4 weeks I have been emailing them every other day, firstly to see when it would be delivered - which they have not been able to tell me, and then to cancel the order. They will not cancel or refund and have told me to contact their logistics/delivery company, but will not tell me any contact details for them. Do not use this company they will take your money but do not deliver. After 7 weeks of no washing machine, my mum has had to buy another machine without knowing if she will ever get any money back from Si Hogar - terrible.

Worst service ever.

Worst service ever.
I ordered a washing machine that was leaking water since the first wash. Despite requesting the machine to be fixed/ replaced on multiple occasions they reluctantly sent their installation guy almost 2 weeks later who concluded the machine was broken. Several emails and days later they finally sent an AEG technician to fix (a brand new) machine. He concluded an installation error and I had to pay for his service as the machine was not broken. SiHogar said to refund this money.
A month after receiving the machine they still did not send someone to install the machine properly and I ended hiring another company to do so.
Two months later they still did not refund me the money of the AEG technician and refuse to pay back the installation costs as well.

Charged twice for delivery that did not take place - without any warning

Seriously terrible customer service.

I ordered my item and gave my address and UK mobile phone number (this item is for my holiday home in Spain). I don't speak very good Spanish, so ordering on-line saves me having to speak to someone as I can translate as I go along.

After initial order, I waited ages for information about delivery - nothing came through, so followed this up without response.

After a second request I was told that they needed a phone number. I duly gave my phone number, but they then said I needed a national phone number for the delivery company to use. I don't have a land line, I only have a UK mobile and deliberately ordered online to avoid the need to speak Spanish (I am learning but not confident). They repeated the need for a landline and said I should "borrow" one from a friend to complete the delivery. I refused as I don't know anyone else with a landline and it seemed an imposition. I simply asked for the delivery date and time and said I would be in - if they could let me know by email - or at a push someone could ring my mobile.

I was then told they would not ring my mobile, but I would have to arrange the delivery myself by ringing the delivery company myself to arrange it myself. I was not that happy, as I paid 20€ for delivery and expected a notification by email about the delivery date / time. I did ring however but no one answered the phone, so I asked them again to simply arrange the date and let me know so I could be at home. I had an email back asking me for a landline number. I had a sinking feeling, but went straight back to them again.

I got nowhere fast. I had to email the company on 7-8 occasions to ask them to resolve and simply let me know the delivery date, but I never got a date. In the end I asked for a refund as they had not completed the delivery.

I actually got a refund quite quickly......but without any notice they deducted 43€ for delivery as without telling me they have charged me to transport the non-delivered item back to the depot!!

Seriously cross now about the complete lack of information, no details on refund, no statement and of course a loss of 43€ for them doing nothing. I just wanted my item delivered and I did not think this was too much to ask.

I am now talking to paypal to get my money back.

after paying for my item , i recibed the email " you can come to pick up your item, its ready!" the day after.
but when i went there, they told me SORRY ITS NOT IN STOCK.
so i went there for nothing and I recibed no apologise at all, "the email was automatically delivered and the web is wrong about selling this item, we dont have it"

sinverguenzas totales. puedes comprar un producto, molestarte en ir a buscarlo cuando te indican que está en stock y que te digan que se esta vendiendo por error, que no existe el stock! y que si acaso compres otra cosa con ese dinero

Shocking company to deal with

Shocking company to deal with. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed and paid for an order, only to be informed that the item was not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I am still waiting 2 weeks later. I have emailed them several times and on occasions, I get a reply back saying that the refund has been sent to their department for processing. In my opinion, this company is a scam. The honest thing to do would be to state BEFORE placing an order whether or not the item is in stock.

Extremely unhappy with this company and have on-going problem

Extremely unhappy with this company. Product never arrived and was supposedly shipped weeks ago. Have tried to get a refund and more than a week later it hadn't arrived. Chased them up and they state that some mistake was made and that the refund wasn't processed and that they were processing it again. Every message is brief and signed by someone different such as Judit C. or
Marta R or Brenda M. It definitely seems like some kind of scam operation.

this company is a catastrophy in my opinion.
ordered about 4 weeks ago a washing machine, 1-5 days delivery time was announced. money got charged, still nothing received.
customer service miserable, need one week to answer emails and then don‘t provide solution. worst shopping experience ever!!!
