Slow service. Took ages to quote for the job. Wanted to add a 30% surcharge on all purchases. Total rip off

Sandor Bedi was punctual, knowledgeable and explained exactly what was required to fix my Saniflow and ensured that everything was working properly before he left.
Upon completion the space was left clean and tidy.

I was a fan, no longer. Terrible customer service, crooked handymen. Terrible.

Sandor Bedi did a fantastic job in fixing and painting our garden gate, fixing our backdoor handle, putting up blinds and building shelves. Many varied tasks and Sandor completed them efficiently and very comprehensively. Thank you Sandor for your excellent work, for being so friendly throughout and for completing the work thoughtfully and with consideration so that we got the best outcome and everything worked well.

I used Silver Saints for a plumbing job that was solved more than satisfactorily- The Silver Saint - Itay - was so helpful and considerate and did an amazing job, he came to look at my shower mixer tap - sorted that out… and also fixed my wobbly shower screen . Highly recommended!

I am a landlord and have been a client of Silver Saints for about 20 years turning to them for help with all sorts of issues. Silver Saints set a new standard and have always been totally honest and dependable. I have tried other companies similar to them but if you want consistency at a fair price, they are head and shoulders above all others I have known. Robert came a few days ago and trimmed and hung several new blinds. A job well done.

Efficient and trustworthy service. Very happy with the service provided by Silver Saints, booking was quick and easy and the job was carried out to a high standard.

The engineer was punctual and polite, but unfortunately the service was very poor value.

He spent less than 7 minutes in my home, told me the leaking tap didn’t have a washer, and was unable to repair it.

Despite this, I was charged the full £60 + VAT (£72) call-out fee for a 30-minute appointment. Paying £72 for a 7-minute unsuccessful visit feels excessive and unreasonable.
The booking process was friendly and efficient as was the follow up call but unfortunately I won’t be using this company again.
I was left with the same leaking tap and a sizeable bill.

Experienced and knowledgeable workman. Really impressed with how he sorted our problem with wardrobe doors. They are now working perfectly.

Last week I asked Silver Saints to send a handyman to do a few tasks including fixing wires and especially blocking any places where ants could be coming into my kitchen. A very nice and efficìent handyman called Pawel Wlodarczyk came and completed the tasks quickly and thoroughly. In addition to the areas where I had spotted ants coming in he pointed out further cracks under skirting boards and filled those. I was very pleased with the work and will remember Pawel when I next ask Silver Saints for someone to work here.
The booking process was easy online but I find it difficult to estimate how many hours of a handyman’s time I will need for tasks. Once again, thank you Silver Saints.
