Very reliable seller with an amazing service

I just got my refurbished phone back from a 5 star service repair under the promised guarantee. The defect was something with de fingerprint hardware, that occurred after 6 months (possible, definitely for a second hand 3,5 year old phone)). Luckily within the warrantee period.

Simpaticotech delivered an amazing service, even when the phone had to be returned all the way to Italy from the Netherlands. The repair went really fast, as well through the assistance of Refurbed.com and Fedex. With a very friendly at the door pick-up, as well as the return delivery where the courier even walked-up 8 stairs (never ever have I seen one walking up more than 1)!

Anyway, an amazing service. Definitely 5 stars and more than recommended to buy from Simpaticotech.it directly or from Refurbed.com, if you want to buy from them from outside Italy, within Europe.
