Very quick at getting back to you after applying already moved to holding my plot in space of a few days.. James was the gent who helped me along the process cannot wait to move in with them.

I spoke to Amber to arrange my viewing, she arranged it very quickly with no fuss. Amber was really helpful and friendly, and has also checked in since to see how it went. A gentleman named Callum showed us around the property and answered any questions I had.
Everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been excellent.

We’ve now lived in this home for a year, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. From the beginning, everything has felt simple, comfortable, and easy—exactly what you hope for in a place you call home.

The house itself has been a joy to live in. It’s well-kept, peaceful, and has given us a real sense of stability and happiness over the past year. We’ve been able to settle into a routine and enjoy a simple, relaxed way of living here, which we really value.

Simple life has also been great—approachable, responsive, and respectful. Any questions or small issues have always been handled quickly, which has made a big difference in how comfortable we feel.

Overall, we genuinely love living here and feel very lucky to have found this home. It’s been a positive experience all around, and we look forward to continuing our time here.

James was incredibly helpful in finding us a rental property and guiding us through the initial application. He was responsive, professional, and made the whole process much easier. We appreciated his support and would happily recommend him to others.

Whenever I ring James is always so helpful and answers the phone quickly. When we met with Imogen at the property she was amazing too. Looking forward to renting with simple life because of these two!

My only downside is that you have to go through enquiries line to get information otherwise you’re on hold for over an hour.

So far the services is not bad first time dealing with simple life and so far so good. I can give proper review when everything is over.

Really nice chat with Charlotte on the phone really helpful advising for listings narrowed down a few good options i’m interested in pursuing.

Matthew recently visited my property to do an inspection he was amazing went above and beyond to answer all my questions. And if he’s ever passing by and sees me outside always checks to see if everything is ok.
