It was great to be able to talk with someone who knew what the company offered, was transparrent, and clear in listening to what I wanted, and explained the product and the simplicity of NO CONTRACT, and extremely reasonable costs. Then all set up, equipment arriving and the email explaining how to set it up, and all completed and working within 15 minutes! Recomend the company highly to anyone who listens.

Great! A communicative and transparent company. Very refreshing to find an organisation where they are willing to work with you to find the best service. All fees are explained clearly so no nasty surprises. If an issue arises they will check every 'avenue' to alleviate the problem.

Simple Telecoms did a great job with helping install their 900/900 service through CityFibre (Leeds).
Never before have I used an ISP so communicative, helpful and (most importantly) human before. They offer competitive pricing with a very minimal commitment period of 90 days.
Tony from the provisioning team did a great job with answering the trough of questions I had surrounding the service with a ~10 minute reply time between each email during working hours. Absolutely fantastic.
The router/equipment they also provide is absolutely fantastic and I haven't seen one this configurable in years. The engineer they sent was also great with being conscious of the pre-existing services installed in the house and was as non-invasive as possible.

What an amazing Company in so many way's. Firstly,
they don't leave you on hold, they are extremely professional. They provide a fabulous service for the elderly and care homes etc. Unfortunately, I had to disconnected my Mum's phone line and they were brilliant and so kind. Evan was so, so lovely. I am very grateful to him.

An excellent service from start to finish - Great to be able pick up the phone and talk directly with someone that you are purchasing a product from.
This company has it spot on - Human contact, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Any problems & they will sort it out for you.
If you are buying this service for a vulnerable person, elderly, sight impaired etc... the price is excellent & so is the service. My mum is delighted with the landline - We added this to an easy to use phone & she is safe and sound .

It was amazing. They know you by name. So friendly and informal. They sent us the equipment. So easy to set up. Then we worried about setting up our home number. But that was all done within the 2 weeks causing no disruption.. very happy with the change over

Great telephone company for elderly people who can be a bit scared of technology, everything was simple as its name suggests.
My 86 year old Mum now has broadband, can FaceTime her family, browse the internet and have catch up TV.
The whole switchover was so easy and quick

Like many others I was pleased to find this business who are able to provide a simple phone line without thrills. My 86 year old mum moved across the country into a retirement village and being IT illiterate just needed a phone.
Initial contact with Louise was very positive and paperwork through my POA was straightforward. The new modem arrived within a week. There were a number of initial issues. The SIM card had been inserted the wrong way around and when we got the line working she was able to call out but not receive calls. Worse still when I tried to ring her I got through to another resident in the same retirement village! Turns out the telephone company had issued the same number twice!
This was swiftly sorted by Evan after the weekend and a new number was issued to my mum. No problems since. Best part of the service is the ability to phone Simple Telecommunications directly and speak to a person about any issues. A rarity nowadays.

The transition was fairly good and any time I needed to speak to anyone was quite quick, unfortunately there's just one point that was annoying trying to enter login password for 2hrs then I phoned and had help and told that it's the wireless key needed. But all good now.

The installation by Openreach was quick but they left me in the lurch even though I am not tech savvy.
