No delivery, no refund, no answer.
Ordered a part for pool robot cleaner on their website, paid but after several answered phone calls and emails NO CONTACT
I guess they are going out of business.
My advice is DO NOT TRADE WITH SIMPLEX POOLS

Unfortunately I have to provide a one-star rating as there is no option to provide no stars. Simplex and its owner Michelle Byrne have - for the past 5 months - refused to provide me with a refund for a product (costing just under £3000) that was not fit for purpose. This is in complete contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. My repeated attempts to communicate with the company and obtain the refund I am due have been met with silence. So buyer beware: if you buy something that is unsuitable and wish to return it, good luck. Crooked, unresponsive and am pursuing legal action.

I would think carefully before using Simplex Pools. They have left me with a leaking pool and now refuse to return my calls. The pool install took over 2 years. Simplex Pools have never done a handover or shown us how to maintain the pool. From having an independent pool company inspect the works they have condemned the install. More worryingly this was not the first pool the company had come across with defects.

Simplex Pools were brilliant from start to finish. We are so very happy with our renovated pool we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Gareth and his team coordinated seamlessly with other contractors and were very flexible when we added additional elements during the project🙊 Gareth has years of experience and it really shows in the finish he provides and the advice he can offer along the way. We have used Simplex since 2019 when they refurbished our pool. They open and close it each season and conduct general maintenance.

I have been using Simplex pools for many years in my first house they had the horrific job of trying to bring and maintain a pool that had been left and wasn’t very well built, they worked there magic and we had two Summer worth of fun. Since moving i have carried on with the Simplex team as they are so professional and always on hand to help and advice an unscheduled vist is no trouble if you have an unexpected problem. I recommend they to anyone with a pool and contacting them if you are thinking of building a pool .

Gareth and his team stepped in to finish my pool to a high level when the previous contractor did a poor job.
During the following years Gareth was excellent at resolving issues quickly and expertly. Always willing to offer advice and solve issues. I could not recommend him and his team more highly.

Gareth,Rob and James have done a beautiful job renewing my swimming pool liner and updating all the lights and filter covers …some parts were no longer available but Gareth sourced them in Spain to complete the look. The coping stones were brought back to life even though I thought they would have to be changed as they look so bad. Gareth advises of all possibilities and will not push for expensive items that are not needed and generally will try his best to get you the look and functionality without lots of pound signs attached which I found refreshing. Rob and James worked their magic to try and get it all completed before we had people staying at the house and they did ….. I had actually contacted Simplex a few years earlier in a panic as the pump had broken and Gareth had it sorted in a couple of days …I’m a new pool owner so was so worried at the time but he put my mind at rest and it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it was going to be so of course when the liner needed changing I called Simplex……just the filter now then all renewed ….Thank you Gareth, Rob and James for a beautiful new pool !

Outstanding, prompt, efficient, friendly yet professional, helped me out of a bind for spare part for pool cover. Most helpful, highly recommended.

Placed an order as it said in stock on their website, got an email stating it was out of stock, I said I would wait for the item as it was due in within a few days and they said they would send it out to me and have it with me by last week but nothing.
Now they do not respond to emails or answer the phone, the phone goes to voicemail where you are greeted by a small child saying "My mummy says leave a message!!!!!"

Not really very professional

They could not have been more helpful. Called them and actually spoke to a real person in the UK. Honest advice given and they took a huge amount of trouble to answer my queries. Highly recommended.

Ordering from the web-site very easy, quick delivery, everything seems good. Hay one item is incorrect, phone them, operator says they will look into it, Nothing, Leave messages, Nothing, send an email, still nothing, After receiving a fair explanation and the correct product I have increased the star rating to 4, without the hiccup would have been 5 stars. I will still use this e-shop.

The team at Simplex are second to none. You are in extremely safe hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They couldn't have been more helpful. We purchased some cover straps and didn't know the exact details and Simplex put us in touch with their supplier so that we could be happy that we were purchasing the right product and instructions on how to install.
Will definitely use this company again as they kept us in touch with our order.

Having no previous experience running a swimming pool it was a huge relief to meet Gareth and his team! He set me at ease straight away and whether exploring maintenance or replacing a broken pump they always look for a solution at a reasonable cost. No trying to persuade you into work or equipment that is unnecessary or expensive!
Alway at the end of the phone for advice and support and keeps you informed at every stage.I have no hesitation in recommending Simplex pools as a reliable and trustworthy company.

Ordered some spare parts to be sent out to Spain, reasonable postage costs and great communication!!
