I ordered an Asus UL30A laptop. It was very competitively priced, arrived within the indicated time by DPD, and I added on a stylish Knomo laptop bag which was on special offer at £20.

Have moved away from tower case computers now to the ASUS EEEBox. Excellent equipment in such a small size and so quiet also. The company quickly adapted my order when I wanted a change to one of the items and it all arrived promptly as promised. Excellent value on the 1012U model with the current price reduction... especially as the new Windows 7 system comes preloaded on it. Thanks.

bought the laptop for my daughters christmas, ordered on the friday and chose the free delivery option (3-5) working days, it arrived on the monday and was even emailed an hours time scope when it would arrive . . .and it did!! xcellent service!

I wanted the cheapest Asus laptop I could find on the internet. I was cautious about using an unknown company, that I had not used before. I needn't have worried. I received updates on my order progress and even a text message to say it was on it's way, so that I could arrange for someone to be at home when it arrived. I wanted to keep the cost down so didn't pay for express delivery, I'm glad I didn't because it arrived within 48hours.

I found the machines avaliable on simplyasus the best value for money, and jammed full of spec! You can get much more for your money than any other manufacturer or supplier.

Helpful and informative staff who immediatley resolved a couple of queries I had, computer shipped the day I ordered it and was avaliable for delivery the next day on the standard shipping rate! Convienient 1 hour time slot to ensure that you dont wait around all day.

My transacton with this company was very simple. I ordered a netbook at a very competitive price and paid for it. Two days later it arrived exactly as advertised. That is the way to do business.

I paid extra for 48 hour delivery, and it was with me in less than 24. They updated me throughout with the despatch and delivery status, and gave me a 1 hour time slot for the delivery - so no waiting in all day!

If only all companies were this efficient.

I have now bought 3 laptops from SimplyAsus and could not recommend them more highly. I had 2 of them upgraded and you should be aware that adds a few days to the order time. When I called to find out how long the upgrade would take they were very helpful and quick. No hesitation in using them again.

I received notification of dispatch within 12 hrs of order even though I chose free 5 day delivery.
The delivery company tracking is very good but I had to delay delivery as we would not be available to receive at the scheduled time. Rescheduling was easy but it all fell apart when the courier failed to find us and left a card at some other address!
I ended up collecting from the depot 20 miles away.

My worst online shopping experience since 1998 (sales hotline inclusive).
My 1st order went out of stock, informed to me after I called, the credit card charged and 5 days later. The 2nd order never arrived after 7 days and more than 6 calls. Call was never returned as promised and complaint email not responded to. Telesales personnel dared to promise delivery (i.e.: will arrive tomorrow) but it didn't happen. I cancelled the purchase when she promised that my package "will arrive tomorrow" for the 4th time. Top with lost 2 days-off I had to take to wait for the promised delivery (my son needed net access to do schoolwork so badly).

I simply purchased the same unit half an hour after cancelling at Amazon for an extra 7 quids (not inclusive shipping), less the headache and blood pressure. Avoid this company unless you want to experience the same stress first hand.

RUBBISH customer service with no answers to questions. Dont deal with this company!

Cheapest G73JH in the UK, fantastic comms i was sms txted at every stage of the sale and paid for next day delivery, even told down to the hour it would be delivered.
