Tracking my order was the only issue, but it was quickly resolved.

Ordered many times and never had a problem. Never had to return a purchase. Excellent costumer service and very easy to place orders. Usually do it over the phone. Excellent sales. Quality products !!

Very nice wide shoes which are almost impossible to find anywhere it seems. Get almost all of my shoes here now

I have shopped this company for several years, and liked everything I got so much that I got their credit card!
I just got my most recent order, with free shipping, in just a few days! Everything fits great, looks great, and I can't wait to wear one of the dresses and booties that I ordered!

Returned a swimsuit costing £35 in September. Checked my bank in October and realised that I hadn't received a refund despite the fact that I have an email from them stating that they had received the costume back at depot. Phoned 4 times following that only to be told initially that they had repaid me . I insisted that I hadn't been refunded and was told I needed to send all my bank statements to them to prove this !
I refused to do this and insisted they check properly . They then agreed that I hadn't been refunded because my debit card used for the initial purchase had expired at the end of September and they hadn't bothered to chase this up. They then agreed 3 times to send a cheque for the refund but this still hasn't happened! Phoned again today to be told that the last person I spoke to ( Ronaldo) had escalated as promised but that the cash department had stopped the process again but hadn't contacted me as they had been instructed. Now promised by (Alucky) that I will receive my cheque next week ! Let's hope that is correct! Won't be using this company again !

Have never had a problem with the ordering or returning. My order arrived in 3 days from the UK. Very happy with the product again always have been

I ordered boots from Simply Be, and I would absolutely do it again. They were exactly as described and fit perfectly. The website is easy to use, and I had absolutely no issues.

I got several items including work pants, short rompers, bra set and pajamas and they all fit well, items were great quality

Love the dresses I ordered. They fit perfect. Just one dress was too big. I will be ordering a smaller size. Delivery came in a timely manner and the packing of the package was nice and neat. So glad I find this store.

Service is a mess! I submitted an order during one of their sales. Was quoted 10 business days for shipping. 7 days went by and the order said it was still processing. I contacted customer service to see if there was an issue. After emailing back and forth for multiple days to verify my account, I was told the order still hadn't shipped. Then, a few hours after that, I got another email saying that someone cancelled my order and I'd have to resubmit it! After all that, I decided to not even bother resubmitting. I'm not going to wait until my refund hits my bank account again and go through the same fiasco. I'll take my business somewhere a little more organized!

I love Simply be for the stylish selections, prices, and stress free return policy. When ordering be careful with the size chart. The size chart is uk sizes so you need a conversion chart to assure you are ordering the right size. Ordering was a breeze and delivery was timely. I recommend them to everyone and I will be shopping again.

Worst experience ever. I placed an order using my Simplybe card. Order was processing. Then I notice days later, nothing changed. I contacted customer service and was told there was a technical problem. But was assured it would be fixed. There was no follow up after 4 more days. I contacted them numerous times and got the usual standard responses from programmed humans. So I had to research to find the ceo dept. They seemed to try to help. They found a computer problem. But was unable to do a refund specifically and blew me off with a 25% off code. If I was in their shoes, I'd be on the phone with whomever to get the customer's order fixed and them satisfied. But instead, I got lack of service. I am not satisfied. Those people don't care enough. Not even the ceo. Even worst is half the items in my order are already unavailable and others marked up. The UK website has them available. But not the US store. Which is amazing because many of my orders are shipped from the UK. The N Brown Group stores are by far the worst I ever dealt with.

Update: For the record, the email given from Simply Be below routes to a random customer service rep. The same address I used already. Furthermore, I placed another order after posting this review. And even though I was told by two more reps the order looks okay. The order has still not been processed many days later. I was even dealing with the ceo office and they have even vanished and become unresponsive after this order. This company is horrible to say the least.

Quality is better than expected. Colors shown are very and better then shown. Excellent wear and ease of care.

I can always find something on simplybe.com, they have good quality, trendy clothes at great prices and great sales for even better deals! I especially love their wide calf boots. Shipping times are good and sizing is pretty reliable. If something happens to not fit, returns are very easy. One of my favorite places to shop!

Simply Be has an enormous selection of fun clothing for work or play at great prices. What I loved about buying from them was how carefully they packed my shipment which I appreciated immensely. I hate buying clothes online that look like a wreck when they arrive and Simply Be was so careful I could have worn them straight out of the box! The jacket I received was perfect and that never happens! You can definitely trust their size charts too which makes shopping on the website so much easier and I found the quality to be very satisfactory. All in all I recommend this website as a very reliable place to shop.
