Great service from ordering to delivery; there was a real and welcome personal touch about their service. Whilst it was understandably difficult to get someone over the phone during these difficult times they were very accessible through the online chat. Bradley in particular was always on hand to answer questions and well, was just a nice person to deal with. Also getting a personal call to update me about delivery was very welcome and was given some advice on best ways to unbox the TV and avoid cracking it when installing! Competitive price, 12 months interest free option and 5 year manufacturers warrantee also swayed me buy from them.

I have been looking to buy the following from Currys; Bosch Serie 4 KGE49VW4AG 412 Litre A+++ Fridge Freezer, currently priced £749.99 in their sale. I found the same product here for £649. I ordered, received confirmation immediately along with a delivery date. It was delivered on time (even under the current Covid conditions) exactly when they said they would. The delivery man was incredibly friendly and helpful. Needless to say I am very happy with this and am now looking for what I can spend the £100 I saved. Really good service, they are in Bolton and delivered free of charge to Cheltenham. Thank you very much.

Very good professional service. Second tv had to be delivered as original.one , once unboxed, had large crack.All over top half of screen. But within two days Michael the forms sales director had delivered a new replacement tv, unboxed it and powered it up to ensure all was working. Now that is very impressive service. Especially when many staff members are off ill, currently the whole world is going through this horrific pandemic and the knock on effects of that.

i was hesitant to use simply electricals, as i would usually purchase from stores like currys, argos, or john lewis. BUT! i must say i was totally delighted with the service i received. the items ( tv and sound bar) were in stock and available,where the other stores required a wait time. the communication was excellent , both email, and the chat facilities , and i was kept informed of progress. the delivery was on time and i was very well briefed on due time. and i have to give a special mention to the driver , who was just perfection , especially in this tough time! i wish i had got him name so i could give it a mention, but he had phoned and messaged to let me know the arrival time, and he delivered to doorstep, whilst we observed distancing, on his own insistance that the delivery be as complete as it could be to save us extra work ! another mention goes out to the help team duo, who cleared up a slight issue with the tv screen ( it comes with a full screen protector film over the screen! lol ) in no time at all! overall i cant fault at all... professional service with the feel of personal service, at a price matching any highstreet OR online retailer for my products. will happily recommend, and happily use again in the future ! Amazing service to key workers in our time of need. Delivered a washing machine on Bank Holiday Monday two days after ordering instead of other longer lead times, meaning we could continue to wash our uniforms. Also offered us an NHS discount which was greatly appreciated.
