No issue at all with the sales process or the installation and the price was very competitive. The only issue I had was that, after the initial confirmation, subsequent emails were not arriving and not going to spam / junk either. The delivery was delayed because of this - eventually I rang to find out why there was a delay. After that it was agreed that future comms would be by phone. Unfortunately that agreement wasn't followed, so the time slots for delivery were emailed into the ether.

Michael was excellent in helping me decide on my purchase. Very knowledgeable and he spent the time to ask me my requirements. He matched me up with a bosch hoover - its so amazing!! Just as he promised. I also spoke with a lovely lady named Elaine - nothing was too much trouble for her and again very knowledgeable. They know their products well. So nice to deal with people that care, spend time and want to help - they are nothing like buying from a high street chain store. Now I have found them, I will never go anywhere else - I'm one happy customer!!

Ordered my Frame TV from SE with the special offer of a free 'bezel'. SE then matched a similar offer being run by John Lewis of a second free bezel included in the package. SE then went one better and allowed me to choose my colour choices, despite these bezels being like 'gold dust' to get hold off. SE kept me in the loop regarding delivery (which was also free, twice). Customer Services were brilliant. Friendly and very efficient. Simply Electricals are simply brilliant. Thank you. Took delivery of my new Bosch fridge/freezer from Simply. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The model I'd originally ordered was no longer being supplied by Bosch, but Simply recommended an alternative, which offered the same spec but significantly cheaper. I am very happy with my purchase and congratulate Simply for their service, especially given the Covid-19 lock-down we are currently under.

Nice to buy from and support a local company based in Bolton. Quick delivery despite the whole Coronovirus situation!
