Helpful and expert.

Sent my iPhone in for diagnosis knowing it had some sort of battery fault(but was still a functioning phone). Told me that to repair the battery I would have to give them £300 as it needed a housing also; I declined as that's more than the value of the phone itself. He told me that he had to take the battery out to send it back to me, however, he did not mention that it would break other components of my phone. So now I have spent £20 to have my phone battery taken and the power button broken which now makes my phone useless. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CUSTOM UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!

Would definitely recommend repaired and returned my iPhone4s and photies and data in 1week is an old phone but I didn’t want to lose the photies

SimplyFixit did a major repair on my computer last year, rescuing all my data from a failing hard drive and transferring it to a new, much better drive. They repaired a faulty hinge, fitted a new battery, and it has been better than new ever since. All for a very reasonable price, much less than the cost of a new computer.

This time, the keyboard developed a fault. SimplyFixit was able to order the replacement part and let me keep using the computer until it arrived, then fitting it while I waited, so I was never without the use of it. Again at a very reasonable cost (about half what Dell charged for a similar repair on it some years ago).

Speedy, efficient and effective repair of my damaged iPad screen for a very reasonable cost. Also, one of the customer assistants spent a few minutes talking me through what I should do with a security issue I had with my iPhone . He was so very helpful and I very much appreciated the time he spent with me . Excellent service from every point of view. Would highly recommend.

I’m giving 5 stars for this review. Sent my iPad in for a screen repair. Absolutely excellent service. Got my iPad back the next day. Excellent communication too. Also way much cheaper than a repair from Apple. Would highly recommend, thank you. 👍

My experience with Simplyfixit in Edinburgh has been amazing, they fixed my iPhone’s screen very quickly and I can tell it’s of very high quality too. The customer service is also outstanding. 100% recommended

I've already done a review!! But don't mind saying again how disappointed we are that the outlet in Corstorphine is closing as they have been so helpful over the last few years. They were good natured and very patient with us as elderly computer owners! I'm sure the Bruntsfield shop will also be a good experience. We started off our relationship in Juniper Green. I hope our custom doesn't cause the closure of Bruntsfield!!

Really sad, I used to use this place a lot. Called to ask if they still built new computers, which they replied yes as I had a friend who wanted to talk over their IT needs. Next day, a Sunday, as they had some mobility issues, so we could park close by. When they went into an empty shop, the response was they were too busy with customers (presuming online). He then said that he wanted to order a computer, but needed to discuss their requirements. He wse told that he would need to come back on a Monday to Friday. The notice on the door Stated "no appointment needed ". Why open a shop if you are not going to deal with F2F customers. Their loss, computer now purchased from Currys and delivered in a day. I am unlikely go back or recommend Simplyfixit again.

They were very thorough and detailed and helpful couldn’t have asked for better service would recommend them to friends and family all day long 👍

The Bruntsfield office persuaded me to have installed for FREE (?) Avast. I have not been happy with my computer since the service in July 2023.
Has anyone else had a problem following a service? Do they leave trackers on after the service? I appear to have tracking left on!
I understood that they were very good and at this stage I will not comment further but they appeared overseen for me to install Avast. Thank you.
