Less than 1 month start to finish simple all done on line I was even out of the country for 3 weeks. Cash paid direct into bank. More hassle with site than them. Excilent service very happy 😊

I can’t thank Roy Nick and all the team from start to finish the viewing of the van was great to buying the van then onto the after care for a few miscellaneous hiccups no questions asked these genuine people helped me purchase a fantastic van that I am very proud of owning. Thank you 5 stars from me what a great family run business.

We bought a van from them in February which had apparently had an oil change done before collection as well as a numerous point check. Within a month the van was back to them with a light on. So far we are just over £3000 down (£1000 of this was within the first 3 months of purchase).
Yes, the van came with a warranty which we trusted but that warranty actually covers very little. Didn't cover the faulty ad blue system, the steering rack, or the EGR cooler which are just a handful of things that this van has had issues with!
We came to SVS sales based on the reviews not knowing much about vans and we trusted this garage. I wish I'd never have contacted them! I understand that vehicles can develop problems that they may have not known to be present at the time but this is getting ridiculous, we've been advised to get rid and cut our losses now. The after sales customer service was unfortunately non existent. I started the process of taking them to small claims court for the first invoice but the company deny any responsibility for the faulty van and the stress it's caused has become too much for me trying to manage 2 businesses.
Buy from them at your peril...and good luck to you if you do...!

Massive thank you to Nick and Roy, running a great dealership. Selling quality vans at a good price. Having previous problems with dealerships in the past selling vans carrying problems. These guys give you 12 months warranty. Highly recommend, was a good experience all the way through.

My old van gave up the ghost and I was on a tight working schedule and needed to get mobile asap , I literally gave these guys no time to get me sorted out and back on the road but they did it with a great van fully backed up with a full service MOT and RAC cover .
